This location constantly practices and implements racial profiling tactics when shopping at this location. I've been shopping at this location for years. This started happening durum the pandemic and hasn't stopped since. This deplorable tactic takes place when customers opt to use self-checkout. They watch and profile customers as they wait in line to use the designated register at checkout. It's palpable and evident when you notice that only a small number of registers are operational while others aren't. Management is aware of what's happening; they allow asset management and other associates to violate folk's civil rights without proper probable cause. The associates in this area blatantly guide and heard customers to open registers that are positioned so they can watch your every move as if they're tracking shoplifters to make the sure the items in your baskets are payed for prior to exiting the self-checkout. I've protested this on so many occasions. I've contacted corporate about it and nothing has changed. Walmart blatantly allows these practices to take place at stores where the customers are people of color-specifically folks of African decent. Don't spend your money at store number 3588. An investigation is well overdue.

So I bought medicine for my cat the other day, when I got home I discovered I'd bought an empty box for $15.98 I went the next day to request an exchange or a refund as one would expect a business to do This is how it went. Nor in customer service, Rosa with front end and some Rebecca I assume is a store manager. I have never been so mistreated for a businesses mistake I wanted to escalate but they refused to give me any means to do so, go figure Aww apparently the videos of the actual interactions with these lovely employees no longer appear Long story short, no refund, no exchange. Don't worry I'll be escalating to corporate You get one star because yelp won't let me leave zero

I do not understand why Wal-Mart corporate refuses to answer to or respond to customer complaints. Is it because the receive so much other business that they do not fee that it is worth their time to respond? I am concerned with the number of dog being allowed into their store, being placed into the customers carts and being paraded through the produce section of their stores. The carts do not get cleaned afterwards. I truly hope that no one gets sick or contracts any ailments that might be directly related to food that came in contact with the hair, dirt or other filth from the animals left in these shopping carts.

Came in for some cleaning supplies and stuff for the fur babies, love the selections. The place is pretty clean when you arrive early enough. Parking is good as well early in the morning. Found all the stuff I needed. The only problem I had is they were restocking and the cart was right in the middle of the isle so I couldn't get around and when I asked if they could move over just a little they looked at me weird. Just came back to isle later and they were done. Got my stuff and left. The good thing is the women's restrooms are for women.

They service in this Walmart is deplorable, nobody in customer service, none of the employees are able to help you or give you specific answers, they just send you from person to person. Phone service doesn't exist. Worst Walmart I have ever stepped in.

I avoid at all costs. Do not buy electronics because the customer service is basically non-existent. Anytime I order from the Walmart + app they throw fits about digital receipts / purchase history not being sufficient enough for exchanges or returns . It's always a hassle and at night homeless just like to hang around so it feels gross and sketchy. I don't like dealing with the idiots here so the app is good for simple deliveries but wouldn't recommend physically shopping at the location for ANYTHING.

I ordered on line for pick up. I arrived and there was no sign or indication of where to pick up. I went inside and after 30 min they told me where to go around the back of the bldg. while I was there they changed status to "order delivered". I had not picked up anything. When I finally did get my order, they didn't even check my ID. I will never go there again.

Solid 5 for Wally World. I mean it's Wally World. I do appreciate that somehow there's not much of a line here usually at check out. It's not as ginormous as some Super Walmarts but I get everything I need and usually more.

It is Very decent Walmart. Staff is friendly and the grocery section is well-put together . Could use a little more cleaning in some places though

I don't come to this Walmart too often, only when I'm in the area getting my car serviced at Lindsey Chevrolet which is down the road from this location. I've been needing the Walmart brand water filter for my Walmart brand water pitcher. I was thrilled when I saw they had them!! Of course, I purchased more than one. I also picked up a few groceries as well. I went through self check out. When I got home and unpacked my items I noticed the bag I had put the filters in wasn't there. Ran to my car thinking I had over looked it. There were other personal toiletries in the same bag. I was so upset at what I had done. Also the fact that this Walmart isn't close to my home, about 25 minutes away. However, I wasn't wasting $40 for merchandise I didn't have. I grab my receipt and back to the store I go. I spoke with the attendant that was in the self check out area advising her of my error and which register I used. Well the bag wasn't turned in. I guess the person behind me may have taken it. I was directed to customer service and at this point I'm thinking, oh well I'm out of $40 bucks. The young lady who assisted me took my receipt and said she would be back. She came back without my receipt and stated they're looking for it. Again, I'm thinking Oh well!! A gentleman came from the back with my receipt in hand and stated to her, no she didn't get her bag. Not certain how he knew that because I even commented to the lady before she went to the back, if you're going to look at your cameras, I originally had on a black T-shirt now I have on a black tank top. She indicated they wouldn't be able to tell from cameras. Any who... I was able to go back and pick up those items that were in the bag. It took me a minute as I'm not familiar with where things are located in this particular store. I brought the items to the service desk and the lady verified what I had picked up in relation to what was on my receipt. She was very apologetic for the issue and I advised no need to apologize as it was MY mistake. I wish I gotten her name. I really appreciate how this issue was handled and I will indeed frequent this Walmart store more often.

In line for 10-15 minutes. A woman comes by and tells the cashier he is closed, turned off his light and proceeded to tell the rest of us in line that we needed to go to another line. What store treats their customers like that? The guy in front of me is taken to another register but I am told that she is only ringing him up. So I'm back to the end of the line? I left my cart right there and walked out. Worst customer service ever. I wouldn't even give them One star to be honest.

Never shopping here again Came in this morning to shop and saw something small crawl in front of me in the frozen section. Thought I was losing my mind but realized it was a RAT!!! This place is disgusting and unsanitary

This review is specifically about the pharmacy in this Walmart Supercenter. My husband and I were lucky enough to sign up for COVID vaccines at the Woodbridge location. The entire pharmacy staff was friendly, helpful, and reassuring as they checked us in and administered our J&J shots. We were very impressed with their kindness, competence, and humanity. Special thanks to the pharmacy manager Carl Woelfel and Richard for checking us in and answering our questions the night before our appointment, and to Ms. Lee for administering our shots early the next morning. We will forever be grateful to this pharmacy. Thank you again.

Pick up order here. Walmart is effective in bringing people in and in checking them out. A delivery man brought my purchases out to the car. He was courteous and friendly. He went above and beyond, as did the girl inside who scanned it all. Top! 5
