Tonight 8/1/24 a very rude Indian man at the register by the back entrance door told me that his register was closed because it's 8pm, it was 7:55pm, his coworker that was at the door (very courteous and reminded us the door closes at 8 when we walked in) told him that he should take customers til 8pm because that's when the doors close, we were the only people in line..then comes another lady with a cart that had spoken with a manager in the front and he then tells me that she was in line before us and we would have to go to the other registers because by the time we got to the register he would be closed.
Now, I understand I was pushing it close, but this cashier wouldn't know the difference between tone and approach if they hit him in the face with it. What happened to customer service in the Dumfries location???
I would like to thank the gentleman at the door tonight for trying to help...but like the cashier said "you are not his manager".
Wow...and this is why I just closed my walmart card and so glad I have Amazon Prime.

Its only the dumfries walmart location that I have experienced this. whenever you go and buy stuffs the product/ box may be missing some items. Before you return the item they may have to go back and run their security camera to make sure you did not steal the missing products from the box you are returning. Worst experience ever.

Self checkout lines are long. the line gose almost to the back of the store store seem to be clean when I visit. The parking lot is a mess.
