“Went there right before closing on a Saturday morning. They were really helpful. A plus is their prices beat all the other dealers in the area. I drove an extra 25 miles and saved $700.”
“Took my brother here on this trip but I have been there before many times. Knowledgeable people work here and if they don't have what you need, it may not exist on this planet. It's a junk yard in case people don't know. They will also work on vehicles. Everyone in t counties comes to this place for parts at a cheaper price than buying new parts and usually you can get a warranty if you talk to them. Very honest in my experience.”
“Great place with honest people. Was recommended to them when I first moved into the area and now I know why. They take care of both of my jeeps quickly and I trust them with their recommendation and repairs.”
“Basil is great. We live out in the country and having reliable transportation is important. This is the only garage in Scott County that I don’t feel like I’m getting ripped off by going to. Cannot recommend highly enough.”
“Took my moms juke in today to get the headlight alignment fixed, turns out the aftermarket headlights we had installed elsewhere, the adjuster bolt was stripped. The gentleman servicing us was thorough in his explanation and what could be expected prior to him looking at it. He did what he could to alleviate our issue, and showed me how to go about adjusting them if needed. Really good guy, and he didnt charge us for his time. While it wasnt able to fully fixed at no fault of theirs, he made it better and were able to see at night much better thanks to him. Its hard to find good honest workers, and Adams showed us they had that. Would be taking our cars here if we ever need body work.”
“The best tire shop garage in Coeburn va.. very respectful, friendly and affordable prices. Very professional workers that do you right. They don't mess your tires up. I give this garbage a five star over all in Coeburn va. And I will be back.!”
“If you're looking to get your car in the best shape it's been in its life, Hess's Body Shop is the BEST body shop you can visit, bar none. Every other body shop said it would be a month before they could fix my car, while at Hess's it got done in just a single day, and at a (literally) unbeatable price. Their customer service is truly beyond anything you would ever expect to find at any business today. I will absolutely be getting all my work done there from now on, and I'd recommend you do too, or at least try them out. There's a reason Hess's has a higher rating on Google than any other body shop around.”
“Unfortunately today the part wasn't available due to mechanical problems with the shops equipment. However I was told tomorrow the part would be ready, as I've felt with this place a lot I'm confident there will be no issues tomorrow...”
“Great place to go if you need truck parts or cleaning supplies. Friendly staff and they have many things on hand and if they don't they can definitely get it.”
“Extremely kind and fast service. We are out of towners and they treated us with a high level of hospitality and got us back on the road quickly. Highly recommend.”

“This was the easiest place that I have ever purchased a vehicle from. We did the entire process over the phone and they delivered my car to me at a ball field in Johnson City because we didn’t have time to come to the dealership. The whole process was very smooth and fast. I would consider purchasing another vehicle from them in the future.”
“This shop in particular and this town in general was an excellent place to have car trouble. They had the tires I needed, competent friendly and fast service. I couldn't ask for more.”
“they treated me great other lots told me we can't get you approved on anything, well I bought a 2019 fird fusion and a year later I'm in a new mustang, my son bought a car there my daughter has bought 2 there I highly recommend the friendly service at FREEDOM FORD”
“Excellent service! We were driving from Virginia Beach and our rear bearing went bad. We called Quality while on the road and they were able to secure the part and waited for us to arrive to complete the repairs. They returned our call promptly and even called back to let us know they had the part and would wait for us to arrive. Excellent repair and our ride home is much quieter and safer. Thank you Quality Auto Care for going above and beyond!”
“The older gentleman Philip is amazing. He was quick, knowledgeable, very friendly. Saved me on a warranty too for my vehicle. One of the best auto employees I've ever met at any auto center for Walmart's.”
“Pretty good deal on the parts and not in too bad of shape . This has made the 5th or 6th time I needed something no one else had or wanted new prices for not new parts . They are pretty dam good with me every time I went and browsed the lot”
