The Edinburg Mill Museum is an excellent local history site. You can learn about the mill, built in 1848, the town of Edinburg, and the Shenandoah Valley. It is filled with everything and anything you can imagine, from farm wagons to Red Cross artifacts. They also have a delightful gift shop/local market space.

This place has come a long way in 10 yrs. My Dad and I were on a Geneology Trip and the heritage crew got in contact with our cousins. We got to see a special exhibit not privy to the public. But Seeing this now blooming into a museum... so happy that their plans came thru.

A lot to see and ducks to feed. Plan several hours to see it all, including the restaurant, gift shop, and wine shop.

I spent quite a bit of time here. I had nothing else going on that day and I enjoyed this museum very much. I also enjoyed the bits of humor on the display signage. I highly recommend going if you are in town.

It was great to see the history of the region. They had a Boy Scout section of the museum which my son found very interesting. The cost was minimal and well worth it. The people operating the facility were very nice. I highly recommend the museum and the town is very cute.

*service should get 5 stars* the food was exceptionally bland. The fried catfish although tasting freshly caught was not seasoned well or at all and the pork belly could have used some help. I do say everything was very fresh like could have eaten it raw fresh! I will come back and check it out at another point it could have been a Sunday chef deal where he doesn't like to follow the S.O.P

The Museum at the Edinburgh Mill is chock full of historical artifacts from buggies and plows to books. The hand tool section really took me back to my childhood and the tools my father had that his father had made. There's a great documentary about the burning of the Shenandoah Valley.I'd been going to the Valley to visit my grandparents and aunt since 1950.I still go, even though they are gone. The Valley is part of my family history and I love it.

Great displays. The movie is long-45 minutes but so many great things to see. The staff is very friendly.

It was informative seeing the mill as it was back in the day. The museum store had interesting, novel items for sale and at least one thing that I found inappropriate for sale. I now it is the South, but I couldn't see how they needed $1.95 this badly.

Wow, we almost passed this place up and I can't tell you how glad I am we didn't. You can see from the road how large the Mill is however inside it is PACKED with great exhibits. They have a small theater for the movie they show. Great place to kill a few hours in the A/C.

Stuffed full of miscellaneous merchandise to sell. It is a beautiful Mill building with restaurant and shop. Sprinkled among the sale items you might see some old Mill equipment.
