“Despite their service requiring an appointment policy, they took my truck in the next day (it was dropped off the night before). I needed a new alternator. They took care of it for a reasonable price and I was on my way! They were prompt and courteous, keeping me informed about the situation with my truck throughout the process. THANK YOU SMITHFIELD TRUCK AND AUTO CENTER!”

“Lifesavers! Found ourselves in need of tire repair on a large vehicle, far from home on a Sunday with not a lot of time to spare. Called ahead and then drove over to their shop. They were friendly, knowledgeable, quick, and affordable… and got us fixed up and back on the road lickety-split!”

“I was traveling through Wakefield at 4:45 on Friday afternoon. The tropical storm was moving into the area and the rain was starting. My windshield wipers failed to turn on. I pulled into Britt's and asked for help. They pulled me right in and fixed me right up. They believed I had more issues than just the fuse was taking care of and offered to give it a better look, but I did not want to take up any more of their Friday right at closing time. The wipers were working on low and high and that would get me home. I could live without intermittant. I was so grateful those guys hadn't shut down early on a Friday and were able to pull me right in. Great southern gentlemen who didn't want to leave a woman alone on Friday with wipers that were failing. I wish the Napa across the street had been as kind.....but they weren't. Kudos to Britt's! Wakefield is lucky to have them!”
