“Ordered a front windshield wiper motor for my vehicle yesterday morning, as it decided to fail on a rainy day. It wasnt in stock and was told it would arrive at 1:30p.m. Returned around 3 p.m. to pick it up and pay for it to find out it, along with a few other orders coming from another store had been cancelled, because they didnt have it i think. It was put in again and i was told it would arrive at 4:30. I leave and return about 4:40p.m. and the driver was running behind. Didnt arrive till a few minutes after 5p.m., only to find out the part wasnt brought with what did come in. Employee got on the phone and had difficulty getting in touch with the hub, and then told them to make sure it came in 1st thng, and after wasting a solid portion of my day and missing work opportunities as an uber partner/instacart shopper, i left after deciding id go somewhere else.. the last time id ordered a transmission filter and a couple other things.. ended up with a box with the gasket and no filter, and got a refund and went somewhere else snd got what was needed. I dont think ill be going to this location any time soon again. In store experience was solid but orders being botched at the worst times, thats whats been consistent.”

“Before my day officially started, I had to awaken to thank God first and foremost for waking me up and eventually reminding me to acknowledge what an awesome job that "Chase," had done yesterday when I stopped by on account of my MAF sensor that I had to put in. After helping me with what tools I would need i.e. bits, Phillips, etc, he then proceeded to put on the MAF sensor, no questions asked! Hallelujah! Not to mention, conversation with this young man was off the chain! He is caring and a genuine article. He is wise beyond his years, but I know that it is a God thing for sure. This is by far one of the best if not the best advance auto I've been to on the eastern seabird. Thank You Lord and thank you Chase! God bless you all, in Jesus Name!”
“This is by far one of the best AutoZone locations in the state of Virginia and I'm not exaggerating. Just the other day I was blessed by assistant manager Tim who helped me out a great deal to get what I'd needed at the time. Not to mention, Ronald and Overi (not sure how that is spelled). Just recently, I had to go to the AutoZone to get a new bracket because id mistakenly thrown away my other after getting a new battery, and assistant manager Chris not only located a bracket that could be compatible with my battery, but even went above and beyond to put it on after I had some complications. I appreciate the superb customer service that I always seem to get at this location. Thank you Jesus and thank you AutoZone for exuding compassion, care and excellent customer service. “I ordered tires off Amazon and had Walmart put them on, $28 per tire. Other places in the county were $30 per tire. It is a cheaper mount and balance if you order through Walmart.”

“About a month ago we were on trip from NC to northern VA when we noticed a terrible rear axle seal leak on the rear of our 36 foot Class A motorhome. It was late afternoon and we couldn’t drive it any further, so we stopped at a rv park and started making phone calls. Long story short, we connected with Albert at JD Newman truck repair and he handled getting our unit towed to their shop the next morning. They had pre-ordered the part and had us back on the road by the afternoon. They even lent me a vehicle so my wife and I could go and get lunch as we weren’t towing a car. I can’t say enough good things about how professional and gracious they were to us. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing big truck or motorhome repairs in the area.
