“I cannot express how great Austin with True Wheel was from beginning to end for the whole process. I ran through a road under construction that had an exposed sewer manhole that ate up about 1/3 of the rim on my wheel, and Austin fixed it so flawlessly you can’t even tell anything happened and the paint match was absolutely perfect for my OEM BMW wheels. Very reasonable pricing considering the quality of work for the repair. From the start of the process of booking my appointment during the phone call, to picking my car up once complete, Austin was nothing short of professional and took the upmost care with my wheel. “Awesome group of people with plenty of experience. I own a corvette repair shop and still take my f-350 to Ray and his team. Great communication and reasonably priced considering cost of equipment and supplies in today’s market. They are very fair and take the time to explain things. Most importantly is when a mistake happens, they take care of it and own it rather than making excuses. Try to find a dealership with techs that have anywhere near the experience and humility of Rays group!”
“These guys handled the rear differential rebuild on my F150 and I couldn't be more happy with the outcome. It needed a full rebuild and the price came out to less than a reman'd axle (which wouldn't have included install labor either). Had a few conversations with James Jr and you can tell that he is passionate about his/his shops work and strives for perfection. I will definitely be back if I need anymore drivetrain work.”

“Outlaw Motorsports did a terrific job sourcing, ordering and installing a lift kit on my F150. I honestly could not be happier with the results and the process. I called and spoke with Matt on the phone, gave him the application details and described the kind of lift I wanted. Matt figured out the parts manifest and ordered the kit that would fit my specific year and trim. I showed up for my appointment and right on schedule Matt and Steve took the truck and got to work. The install by Steve was quick, the 4-wheel alignment feels very precise and the ride quality is everything I had hoped for. Part of that is certainly the high-quality lift that Matt recommended but I'm really happy with Outlaw Motorsports after driving the truck for a few hours.”

I've got a 2500 Chevy, 150 Ford Brothers got a ram dad's got a Hyundai and sister-in-law has a Subaru, they are all good mechanics and have never had a problem with a repair.
This is the place that I would send my girlfriend and not worry about them taking advantage or anything like that they're clean respectful, professional and they do a damn good job.
Their customer service is also really good it's gotten to the point to where we don't necessarily need to talk. they've taken the time to get to know me and family and they know what I want and how I want it done, they understand my priorities”

“About a month ago we were on trip from NC to northern VA when we noticed a terrible rear axle seal leak on the rear of our 36 foot Class A motorhome. It was late afternoon and we couldn’t drive it any further, so we stopped at a rv park and started making phone calls. Long story short, we connected with Albert at JD Newman truck repair and he handled getting our unit towed to their shop the next morning. They had pre-ordered the part and had us back on the road by the afternoon. They even lent me a vehicle so my wife and I could go and get lunch as we weren’t towing a car. I can’t say enough good things about how professional and gracious they were to us. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing big truck or motorhome repairs in the area. A forever grateful customer!!”
