“We had the unfortunate accident of hitting a deer at 55 mph in our Ford Transit family van. We ended up using Culpeper Caliber Collision based on a recommendation from one of my brothers. Overall the process was very smooth and I'm extremely happy with repairs (Caliber was also able to obtain factory OEM parts for all of the repairs, which is awesome).
Caliber took care of all the communication as well as the payment to the insurance company for my deductible. Easy peasy!
The only tiny recommendation I would have for Caliber is to be a bit more proactive in communicating any delays or concerns about the repairs to customer. I did have to call in a couple times to get a status after I was promised a call back that did not occur. This is not a huge deal, of course, and I'm sure the Caliber will continue to fine-tune their communication strategy.
Overall the repairs were done very well and the van was back in our hands with only a minor delay due to a difficult-to-obtain part.
Would I recommend Culpeper Caliber Collision? Yessir!”

Try to find a dealership with techs that have anywhere near the experience and humility of Rays group!”

I really appreciated how understanding they were—communicating clearly and making sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. The work was done quickly and flawlessly. They even expressed if the sensor calibration became an issue, they’d gladly take it back to fix it. Taylor was amazing!!! I’ll definitely be coming back if I ever need auto body repairs again. “Outlaw Motorsports did a terrific job sourcing, ordering and installing a lift kit on my F150. I honestly could not be happier with the results and the process. I called and spoke with Matt on the phone, gave him the application details and described the kind of lift I wanted. Matt figured out the parts manifest and ordered the kit that would fit my specific year and trim. I showed up for my appointment and right on schedule Matt and Steve took the truck and got to work. The install by Steve was quick, the 4-wheel alignment feels very precise and the ride quality is everything I had hoped for. Part of that is certainly the high-quality lift that Matt recommended but I'm really happy with Outlaw Motorsports after driving the truck for a few hours.”

If you need someone who will fix your car—they are your people. They are exceedingly fast too. I brought her in on a Saturday, they ordered the part then and there, and I had her back by Wednesday. The other place that I had called to fix my transmission said it was a 6 week wait, and he didn’t even know what was wrong with it. I came in, told them I had a Subie, and the guy there was like “let me go get our Subaru guy,” and when I told him what was wrong and what code was pulled, he pretty much was able to diagnose it right there.”

“Thanks to great guys like Chris, Luis, Sean, and a handful of others whose names I unfortunately couldn’t all remember, I had an awesome experience here. Knowledgeable, respectful, and pretty efficient (quick at that). Had ran over an object with driver-front tire in Kona SUV and needed an alignment as it was pulling and steering wheel was shifted. As a mechanic myself and someone who has done alignments before, they did it to spec and it was out the door perfect. Had a small shift in steering wheel I noticed after align (not affecting alignment but cosmetic ONLY. Can easily be done by any professional by the way.) and they were kind and re-straightened steering wheel perfect days later for free and got me on the road feeling safe and secure. They include as of 3/16/26 a 90 day type warranty for alignments if there are any issues. Good men here. Trustworthy and tactful. I’m grateful. God Bless.

“I cannot express how great Austin with True Wheel was from beginning to end for the whole process. I ran through a road under construction that had an exposed sewer manhole that ate up about 1/3 of the rim on my wheel, and Austin fixed it so flawlessly you can’t even tell anything happened and the paint match was absolutely perfect for my OEM BMW wheels.
