“I cannot express how great Austin with True Wheel was from beginning to end for the whole process. I ran through a road under construction that had an exposed sewer manhole that ate up about 1/3 of the rim on my wheel, and Austin fixed it so flawlessly you can’t even tell anything happened and the paint match was absolutely perfect for my OEM BMW wheels. Very reasonable pricing considering the quality of work for the repair. From the start of the process of booking my appointment during the phone call, to picking my car up once complete, Austin was nothing short of professional and took the upmost care with my wheel. With the service I received it’s no wonder he was so highly recommended on multiple car pages where I was referred to him. If anyone I know or I myself ever need a wheel fixed again, there will be zero hesitation to work with Austin at True Wheel. Thanks again for the exceptional service and work!”

“Next Generation Auto Body Repair Shop is top-notch. They were incredibly professional, fast, and reliable throughout the entire process. I really appreciated how understanding they were—communicating clearly and making sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. The work was done quickly and flawlessly. They even expressed if the sensor calibration became an issue, they’d gladly take it back to fix it. Taylor was amazing!!! I’ll definitely be coming back if I ever need auto body repairs again. Highly recommend!”

“We had the unfortunate accident of hitting a deer at 55 mph in our Ford Transit family van. We ended up using Culpeper Caliber Collision based on a recommendation from one of my brothers. Overall the process was very smooth and I'm extremely happy with repairs (Caliber was also able to obtain factory OEM parts for all of the repairs, which is awesome). Caliber took care of all the communication as well as the payment to the insurance company for my deductible. Easy peasy! The only tiny recommendation I would have for Caliber is to be a bit more proactive in communicating any delays or concerns about the repairs to customer. I did have to call in a couple times to get a status after I was promised a call back that did not occur. This is not a huge deal, of course, and I'm sure the Caliber will continue to fine-tune their communication strategy. Overall the repairs were done very well and the van was back in our hands with only a minor delay due to a difficult-to-obtain part. Would I recommend Culpeper Caliber Collision? Yessir!”

“Awesome group of people with plenty of experience. I own a corvette repair shop and still take my f-350 to Ray and his team. Great communication and reasonably priced considering cost of equipment and supplies in today’s market. They are very fair and take the time to explain things. Most importantly is when a mistake happens, they take care of it and own it rather than making excuses. Try to find a dealership with techs that have anywhere near the experience and humility of Rays group!”

“I was shopping online for a 2026 Dodge Charger Scat Pack Plus. I found a car with the options I was looking for at a great price on Chrysler of Culpeper's web site. Since the dealership is 1.5 hours away from my home, I contacted them online to ask any questions I had about the car and the purchasing process before making the trip. My salesperson, Ahmad responded promptly, answered all my questions, and gathered all the information required from me so that the purchase process could be completed as expeditiously as possible. After making the trip to the dealer, I was greeted immediately, the entire process went exactly as Ahmad had explained it, and while time consuming, the purchase was completed faster than what I have experienced at other dealerships. And there were no hidden surprises, the price of the car was exactly what was advertised on the web site. I am a happy customer, and I won't hesitate to contact Chrysler of Culpeper again the next time I am in the market for a new car.”

“My van door was stuck open, so I was in need of someone to come out to my house to check on it for me as I didn't want to drive it unless I knew everything was safe. My friend is a repeat customer of Jazz and recommended for me to reach out to him. Jazz quickly responded and came right over to help! I would definitely recommend Jazz, and now I know who to call if I have any car issues! Thank you, Jazz!”

“I never hesitate to take my vehicle here. I've known Josh for a VERY long time, and was pleased to see his face when I returned to town and brought my vehicle to McCarthy's. I'm on vehicle number 2 that they have been servicing; every one of the guys is pleasant to deal with, and I never have a complaint. The price is always more than reasonable, and they never keep me waiting - unlike the stealerships. Thanks guys!!”

“Always fast, courteous service. Very comfortable waiting area (or a courtesy car to drive you back to work or home, is service will take some time). Service managers and technicians never try to sell unneeded work. So - for me - if they recommend the service ... I do it.”

“Nate and Derrick helped me out with a knock sensor issue I was having with my 98 Civic. They were very professional and had great communication throughout the entire process of diagnosing and fixing the issue with my car. The price I had in mind that I was going to pay was actually way less then I anticipated. Their pricing is fair and they're knowledge of Japanese cars is very impressive. I was more than happy with the work they did on my car. I would definitely recommend these guys and their shop. Your car will be in good / capable hands.”

“Outlaw Motorsports did a terrific job sourcing, ordering and installing a lift kit on my F150. I honestly could not be happier with the results and the process. I called and spoke with Matt on the phone, gave him the application details and described the kind of lift I wanted. Matt figured out the parts manifest and ordered the kit that would fit my specific year and trim. I showed up for my appointment and right on schedule Matt and Steve took the truck and got to work. The install by Steve was quick, the 4-wheel alignment feels very precise and the ride quality is everything I had hoped for. Part of that is certainly the high-quality lift that Matt recommended but I'm really happy with Outlaw Motorsports after driving the truck for a few hours.”

“Craig has worked on both of my Mercedes - maintenance schedules and repairs - he’s very fair and honest about the services that are needed, unlike the stealership which tries to push you into unnecessary services. His prices are reasonable and he is upfront about cost estimates. It was very hard to find a local mechanic who was experienced in German automotive in this area and he is!Services: Air conditioning”

“Phil Cole was our salesperson and was never pushy. He knows his merchandise, which can be rare in the car sales biz. If he didn’t have the answer he said so and found that answer. He and the GM, Luke, worked with us to get our car at a decent price. Emily made the paperwork end a breeze. Will we go back to Battlefield? You bet your bottom dollar we will! Thank you Phil!”
