Exxon is a clean and quiet truck stop with spacious, often empty upstairs areas for those seeking a peaceful space. Restrooms and showers are generally clean, making it a convenient place to freshen up before work. Diesel prices are affordable, and the store offers a good selection of inventory. However, the showers use the same key, which may feel insecure, especially for female visitors. Food options are limited, with some reviews noting that the breakfast chicken biscuits are not good and that nearby food choices are few, with Subway often closed and hot dogs available instead. Overall, it’s a peaceful stop with friendly staff and basic amenities.
Truly a hidden gem in the backdrop of the Appalachian Mountains. The staff is friendly, and the management has consistently upgraded the facility to acclimate drivers over the last 15 years. Defiantly get here early to park and don’t hesitate to grab some snacks.

They had truck parking, boiled peanuts, and they guy inside was nice. I'll be back (mostly for the peanuts)

Parking lot is rough needs to be repaired. The cashiers are okay but there was one that didn't wash their hands after going to restroom. Need more hot food options like tator tots, or have chilli to go with hotdogs, or hamburgers with no cheese
