Refuses to leave packages at my house, so I have to drive to the post office to pick them up

Delivery driver can’t deliver to correct addresses apparently dyslexic and gets the house numbers wrong. Loses packages. Crams them in mailbox. Won’t deliver to door when specified. They indicate that we told them to hold packages when we do not.

Mail lost, packages does not show up on time or they're closed!! Horrible service!! Will be getting a PO Box in Salem Va.
