unacceptable treatment as customer. I have been schedule for tank pick up 4 times. As of today Amerigas has not picked up tank. The new company will not bring new tank until Amerigas pick up there tank. This is enabling us to not have sufficient heat. I need this pickup to be expediated.I am seventy five with health issues.Shelton L Seaborn

Drivers/delivery guys are great. This has nothing to do with them. The expectation that we will leave our gate open for 10 days to two weeks, endangering our dogs who have been attacked twice by roaming ill-cared for dogs in the neighborhood, is ridiculous. When I called the woman assured me there would be a phone call the night before delivery. Uh, no--no phone call. No one locally to call and speak with. We will be changing to a solid local company this summer. We have no use for this gas company.

I purchased a new gas stove and I had to get a 3rd party to connect my gas stove.I have been doing business with Amerigas for a long time and I did not like way things are being done now. Why can't we go back the way it was. We need to reopen the office in my area.

I have told my story SEVERAL time and apparently it doesn't matter to you all. Basically, I paid for 100 gallons, the gas was delivered but because no one was home they locked my tank and didn't even try to reach out to me. I had to wait 2 days for someone to come back and unlock my tank which was totally UNACCEPTABLE

Amerigas no longer offers service in my area and is the higest price propane provider. They charge fees for every thing and every service.

Orderd gas 1/14/22 for my mother. I was told it would be delivered on Monday, 1/17....no show!! I called , they promised to deliver by Thursday. No show!! They promised again Here it is 2 weeks later and my mom's tank is empty STILL HAS NO GAS.

I have been a customer of AmeriGas since 1993. Even thou I could purchase propane at a lower cost, the customer service is worth the exact cents. Thank you Emporia AmeriGas.

I was most impressed with the excellent customer service and with the quickness with which my order was handled. There were some timing issues on my end and Amerigas handled them with ease, worked with me and was able to get everything set up fast.

Was promised gas on Tues or Wed. No gas. Called Thursday and was told trucks couldn't travel in 2 inches of snow... (wonder what they do in the northern part of the country? other companies trucks were out...) was told I would get gas Friday or Saturday at the latest... no gas...at 6%.. 2nd time this has happened. This was after they doubled the price on me after I was told our Farm rate didn't apply any more. No notice of this by the way. Been getting gas for 2 years at the old price... Basically they tell you whatever you want to hear, then don't deliver....
