“Treated me like a human being, not just an account number. Thank you Gloria !! I had a health insurance company take money out our checking account even though I had revoked the automatic withdrawal. Gloria took the time to actually call the company while I was there, conference called my wife into the call with the company's phone rep, and got the situation remedied. ( 45 minutes of her time). My wife and I had been so frustrated with the insurance company; ( five previous phone calls and eight hours time). We were just account numbers to them but not to Benchmark. My wife and I were left feeling as if we actually mattered to the bank.”
