Best Western Emporia offers a convenient stop for travelers, particularly those with pets. Guests appreciate the friendly and welcoming front desk staff, who provide good customer service during check-in and check-out. The hotel is noted for its cleanliness, although some rooms show signs of age, with occasional maintenance issues like dirty towels and yellow spots in bathrooms. The complimentary breakfast is seen as a positive aspect, with a pleasant staff member overseeing the area and a variety of food options available.
While some reviews mention that the facilities could benefit from updates and repairs, the hotel's affordable rates make it a reasonable choice for quick overnight stays. The parking area is spacious enough for larger vehicles, such as moving trucks. Nearby, there are many food options, including a dollar store and Walmart, which enhances convenience for guests. Overall, Best Western Emporia is recommended for budget-conscious travelers looking for a simple and dog-friendly place to rest during their journey.
Staff were very helpful. Bed was comfortable, good pillows too. There are restaurants across the street. I was just passing through so the hotel had everything i needed, at a fair price.

The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. The pool was closed, but I’m not surprised and it was totally understandable considering the price of the room. Great mattresses. The outside of the hotel could use a little updating, but nothing major. The breakfast was decent. I would recommend it for families.
