I went in yesterday, Kyle was immediately so welcoming and helped me get internet in my home which I was having the hardest time with up until with other companies. Kyle let me know about promotions going on and I came back today to switch over to T-Mobile from Verizon. I was so impressed by the knowledge, efficiency, understanding, and patience Kyle had while working with me. Kyle was very informative but never once did I feel like he was pressuring me into anything he truly was just making sure I knew all of my options to make the best decisions for myself.
