“I had the pleasure of having Kyle as my sales representative. I went in yesterday, Kyle was immediately so welcoming and helped me get internet in my home which I was having the hardest time with up until with other companies. Kyle let me know about promotions going on and I came back today to switch over to T-Mobile from Verizon. I was so impressed by the knowledge, efficiency, understanding, and patience Kyle had while working with me. Kyle was very informative but never once did I feel like he was pressuring me into anything he truly was just making sure I knew all of my options to make the best decisions for myself. We all had a great time chatting which made the time spent switching everything over enjoyable. I can’t say enough good things about the customer service we received from Kyle. Kyle is also ending his time in the Navy soon so I want to thank him so much for the quality of care he provided in store as well as his service that he has given this country!”
