“We have been taking our dogs to this vet office for the past few years. They have given our dogs exceptional care and service each time. We have one dog who can be reactive due to past traumas before we got him. Dr. Marshall has always taken extra time and care with him to build his trust in her as his vet. This past week he got sick. I came home to an alarming amount of blood in his stool. My phone was not working properly and my only option was to rush him over there without an appointment. They took him no questions asked. They provided us with treatment that was friendly to our budget while providing him with quality care. This past weekend after two days of treatment with Dr. Marshall and her team, he is back to normal and healthy. I will forever recommend this practice to everyone I know. They genuinely love your pets!”

“I can’t recommend this animal hospital enough ! Everyone here is absolutely SO beyond kind and patient. The second you walk your beloved pet in the door, they are family. I had to make that tough decision today, and the doctor, tech, and receptionists were guiding me through every single step, explaining everything, and supporting me however they could. Not that other animal hospitals don’t have a lot to offer, but most in the area are booked 3 weeks to months in advanced. Ridge wood did what they could to get me in the door, and make time for me. I’m truly grateful for my experience here. Rest Easy Sweet boy ? thank you for 17 years.”

Had to make the hardest decision to euthanize my cat and they went far beyond what you would expect. Though our tears and grief they were gentle, kind and understanding. This incredible act of kindness will be in my memory and heart as we said good bye to our little guy.”

“We've dealt with them for 2 of our pets now for spay/neuter services and both times were amazing! Our kitten that we adopted from LHS was spayed here, as well as our Pitbull who was neutered today. Both times the staff was very friendly and helpful and explained everything clearly. Not to mention their pricing is super reasonable!”
