“My Adult Fur Baby dog with Lots of Reactive Fear Anxiety was able to get her DA2PP & Rabies at this clinic with the help of a staff of people who Care and Love about helping this dog accomplish her necessary health vaccines. The staff also helps us as pet owners understand we are O.K. and it is not our fault our pet may have issues with this task. They work at this clinic because they TRULY LOVE CATS & DOGS not for the money. This place is affordable for us the pet parents and I recommend anyone with a pet you love but don't want to go to a regular vet for answers...or the cost. This Clinic will Save You Both That Stress and Your Money.”

“The vet/animal hospital I usually use has switched to a Pet Wellness Center and no longer sees sick animals, so when my cat got sick, I had to find someone to see him quickly. He hadn't eaten for 2 days, was weak and lethargic. When I called Ridgewood Animal Hospital, they listened to what was going on with my cat and worked him in that afternoon. They were very professional and the level of care they gave Oreo was top notch! I am so thankful for them and the kindness and compassion they have for animals and also how they treated him - they were so gentle. I am also thankful for the compassion shown to me as I was freaking out a little, thinking I may have to have him put down since he is older. All of the staff was amazing, and I am happy to say that I noticed a difference in Oreo within 2 days of his visit. The vet even called to check on him after a few days! I love them!”

“I had a great experience at Timberlake Animal Hospital! I came in for an appointment to diagnose our cat's persistent cough. Our regular animal hospital recently closed and we were recommended Timberlake as a locally-owned, trustworthy veterinarian.

The front desk staff were friendly and professional. The vet tech who did our intake was also very nice and helped put my cat at ease. Dr Pearson was warm, knowledgeable, and attentive to his patient. Their prices were very reasonable and they called me promptly the next day with the results from her heart test.

My cat obviously felt comfortable in their office because as soon as the carrier was open she started walking around and checking out the exam room, stopping to admire the snow outside. Even after the winter storm this past weekend, the Timberlake Animal Hospital staff were dedicated and available - they even texted me beforehand to warn of ice at the top of their parking lot.

Overall, I was very pleased with the level of service and the care my pet received. I would recommend Timberlake to anyone looking for a good vet.”

“I can’t recommend this animal hospital enough ! Everyone here is absolutely SO beyond kind and patient. The second you walk your beloved pet in the door, they are family. I had to make that tough decision today, and the doctor, tech, and receptionists were guiding me through every single step, explaining everything, and supporting me however they could. Not that other animal hospitals don’t have a lot to offer, but most in the area are booked 3 weeks to months in advanced. Ridge wood did what they could to get me in the door, and make time for me. “none of the other hospitals would take me in this week and told me that there would be at least a month in advance for an appointment. I called Ridgewood animal Hospital and they booked me right away. The receptionist was super sweet as well as the workers there. there is an area for cats that is a waiting room in an area for dogs so that is pretty nice. Very spacious as well. the workers as well as the people at the front desk were super sweet. i didn't have any problems. as well as the vet was very informative and helped me right away. gave me examples for my understanding. Thank you. 10/10 would come again”
