We often stop here on our way up the Eastern Shore because they have the only superchargers around. The place is very dirty, especially the bathrooms. The cashiers don't typically seem very pleasant either.

I came in over the weekend and in-front of my child and husband the women making the food who should be fired slammed my order down on the counter because I took to long to pee, pay and pick out a drink. I will never come into another royal farms and this company should be truly ashamed of their employees behavior. I also Greeted her with a smile and was nice. Her behavior was 10000% uncalled for.

The place stinks like old chicken.The men and womens bathrooms are dirty, floors have not been thoroughly cleaned in years. What is management and corporate doing??

I couldn’t wait to go to Royal Farms to get chicken.
We drove for 3 hours, so of course I needed the facilities. BIG mistake!! The worse restroom I’ve ever seen. Down right nasty. I don’t know how you stay open.
Why is the manager doing something about this??

The worse Royal Farms we've been to on the shore. We get diesel, but since they have no auto diesel we have to go to the truck pumps, which not only are too fast for our filler, but at least one of them doesn't even have auto shutoff, so fuel poured all over the place when the tank was finally full--what a dirty mess. The screen on the first pump I went to was unreadable, so I couldn't start my transaction and had to move to another pump. This is our local RF and we have rewards, which saves us at the pump, but we're going to have to go to other locations from now on as I have never had a positive experience at the Exmore store.

Employees have a hard time getting orders right! Ordered a 4 PC meal and didn't get my fries. The employee got an attitude when I told them, and I still didn't get my fries!

One of the dirtiest dumps every. In broad daylight people are smoking drugs on the sides and around back of the building. The bathrooms are like an outhouse.
Absolute dump.
