There was a problem using the tow dolly. My son who picked up the truck & tow dolly said no one would assist at the location. I called the location 24 times during the next 2 hours!!! No one answered! I called the main dispatch and spoke to a guy there at least 3 times. I explained about the tow dolly issue. He tells me to go to the Uhaul site and watch a video!! HE also tried to call that Exmore location over and over also. No answer. My son in VA was to pick up the rental but I am in NY and needed to speak with someone at that location ASAP. This caused a huge problem in what was already a very stressful situation. Normally, Uhaul is reliable, but this particular location was useless. Their lack of care and concern is blatant. What ever happened to real customer service!
