Good luck getting a hold of someone- you’ll leave voicemails with no hopes of follow up. They will finally pick up the phone, only to go directly to hold music then it will disconnect.

Not enough active tellers. Sat behind some lady who had absolutely none of her info ready for about 20min before a second teller came to help. Needs an express lane for simple deposits. Also, have your info ready! Other people exist, and do not wish to wait while you figure your various acct info out!!!

I have now been waiting in the drive through line for fifteen minutes. I've burned through more gas than I'd like to admit. Worst location to stop at on a road trip or otherwise. Stay away.

It's terrible. I made an appointment with the financial advisor. The financial advisor never show up and they have no idea whose I'm suppose to meet. Waste of time.
