“I’m an aspiring woodworker, a welder by trade. I went in with a project in mind and very little knowledge about woodworking and Daniel wasted no time helping me. He answered all my questions and asked me questions about what I wanted for my project to help narrow down what I needed and how I should go about making it happen. He planed the wood and made cuts with the jigsaw and was happy to work with me for almost 2 hours which just goes to show how much he cares about wood and the future of woodworking. The original founder of the shop was there too, Mr. Dunlap himself, a Vietnam war vet and wood enthusiast, which I thought was pretty cool. There was a pretty big and diverse selection to choose from as well. No, it isn’t the very cheapest lumber you can buy, but it’s so much more than a lumber supplier. Dunlap is where you go to find interesting, good wood at a fair price from people who love what they do.”

“Masood and his installers were great to work with during a very short notice install before moving in. I stopped by on a Saturday looking to recarpet my entire house, he let me borrow all the samples to bring back to my house, then met me at the house for a personal measuring and final estimate. On Monday morning, he managed to find the exact carpet I wanted in stock and by Monday night, I had brand new carpeting and padding installed. On top of that, I found the prices to be very reasonable. Masood himself was very friendly to work with and gave me the benefit of the doubt when my debit card got eaten by the ATM when I was trying to make my down payment.
