This CVS is impossible to get hold of. Even though you leave message they don’t call back. Giant pharmacy is more expensive but they answer their phone. Will need to switch back. You paid less for bad service. Be aware.

My wife has been referred by the Cardinal Forest CVS to go to the store at 9009 Silver Brook, Fairfax Station VA to get her PCV 21 with a pre-check that the shot was available and can be walk in.
Today 07/11/2025, around 3pm, she came to the store pharmacy in Fairfax Station and the first notice she received from their employee was “We don’t have the PCV 21 available”. My wife insisted the employee to check their stock then their answer was turned into “We have it but appointment is needed”!!!
The pharmacy by that time had no customer, only a group of employees talking amongst them!
Being upset for their service, my wife called another CVS store on Braddock road, had them to confirm the shot was available and she has been invited to come immediately to get her shot!
5 stars for the CVS stores at Cardinal and Braddock. And NO star for the store at Fairfax Station! Never come back again.

Worst customer service and care ever. Incorrectly billed and did not receive a bill for 6 months. Do your homework. Find a reputable healthcare provider. Still escalating this matter, and will now email the corporate CEO of Minute Clinic. Will see where that goes!

Pharmacy customer service is so bad. Sat at the window for 15 mins only for the workers to look at me and walk away like I'm not even there. Pushed the button on the window and was just completely being ignored. Stay away from this CVS, they really need to do something about this lack of commitment and respect.

Almost every interaction with the pharmacy has been frustrating, slow, or uncaring -- which is terrible when the entire reason a person comes there relates to health needs. They only have my business due to convenient location. And even still, I'm looking into where I can switch.

Rather than saying they didn’t have a medicine they kept asking for reauthorization even when it had been authorized until June 2025. Very nice lady on the phone, but really bad service. Being nice is not substitute for doing the right thing right.

Get my toddler some relief - they told me rather brashly that the process is that pharmacy calls them and they’ll transfer the other pharmacy called and they didn’t pick up or return the call, closed and left for the day. Why not just tell the person on the phone the right way to transfer the meds. Horrible.
All I wanted was an apology... I called in yesterday to have a RX filled and I spelled out the medication for the gentleman on the phone. He confirmed the name and said it’d be ready in one hour all good so far. I went today around lunch time to pick up the RX and I was in a rush so I took the bag from the drive through and came on home. Once home I realized they had filed the wrong RX off my account and had i taken this medication it would have left me in a detrimental state so I called and explained my situation I was composed and friendly until I asked the pharmacist why would they give me an RX I didn’t ask for and one that could have been dangerous his only answer “your condition is not listed on our chart” ok sir but why fill an RX I did not ask for, whose name you did not confirm on the phone. No response he proceeded to inform me to get my money back I need the original receipt I hung up and said ok I’m coming to get a refund and the RX I need. I raised it to the girl checking me out that they confirmed one RX and filled another still no answer and no apology.

Pretty sure I was overcharge for a prescription I needed, I confirmed with another pharmacist I personally know they could have drove the cost down.

I can’t explain how disrespected I feel by the pharmacy manager Aya. I tried calling corporate or the HR number but no answer. The way this CVS Pharmacy is run is disgusting and has to be illegal . When I went on Friday this month to pick up my meds and she couldn’t find them she was yelling out my meditation for all to hear -does medications are extremely private and not for everyone to hear that’s a HIPPA violation. When I came today the Manager Aya was so dismissive, rude and just unprofessional i couldn’t believe it .The line is long , one person working the pick up and like 4 others chatting in the background not helping. The line is like 10 people waiting on one line when all the other people laughing and joking . Besides my medication being yelled out to the public which is a violation and I’m sure you can pull the tape , Aya the manager put the cherry on top with her dismissive rude attitude which I find utterly disgusting and unsuitable for that position. Please someone from corporate reach out to me .

The worst of all, I went to look for tablets on Saturday and they told me to come back at 6 a.m., that at 6 a.m. it was open, when I returned at 6 they told me that at 10 and my wife in unbearable pain, bad service, never come??
