Staff were rude - service was terrible. They were on their earbuds the whole time and didn't communicate with me at all. terrible for the 711 Brand. 711 has lost my business because of this store. I will not go to a 711 until I am reassured by their standards and this store is shut down.

Wow! Of all the 7-11s I have patronized in the Chantilly-Centreville-Fairfax-Arlington area, this one near Fairfax Circle stands out as cream of the crop. While it was great to see the store was clean and well stocked, its greatest selling point was the associate who, unlike employees at other 7-11s, was amazingly up on the 7-11 app. He not only asked if I had the app, but knew how to process sales from the app's "wallet" feature. In addition, he gladly heated up two fresh pizzas for me, directed me to a seating area while I waited, and reminded me to take advantage of a soda special. Throughout the transaction process he demonstrated excellent customer service skills. While there may be 7-11s closer to your job or residence, its worth the drive to do your convenience store shopping here. This place will probably have what you're looking for and more than likely there will be a store associate or two there who will be more than able to answer your questions and help you take advantage of 7-11 app features such as rewards and "wallet".

I think the 711 franchise had a brilliant idea in offering fresh food. But it all falls apart when stores like this one do not care about delivering "fresh products." I order fresh food via the app and more often than not, the food is old and rock hard. I will not be wasting my money on this stores poor performance again.

This location says open 24hrs. But yet after 1am it's always locked. The guy inside is always sleep or just not around. My 4th time here in 3days. This is really annoying.

This 7-Elevan is one of the worst 7-Elevans in Fairfax city. The sodas taste watery And when I confronted the morning manager or general manager, she aggressively lashed out on me. I would give it 0 stars if I could, they honestly don’t even deserve 1. I would post a video of how the soda was so watery but unfortunately I can only post photos.

Worst 7-11 in the area. I’m stopping by 3rd time on my way to work and decaf coffee is not ready.No large cups and person behind counter ignored me.
