Go anywhere else but this 7/11 and the Oakton one, rude old indian lady brings these stores down and berates you for no reason. Everyone else who works there is fine and this would be 5 starts without her working here or at Oakton. 7/11 needs to fire her for running her customers out.

I put in my number to use my rewards, and every time I went to say use my rewards. He just skipped by it like it was nothing so I asked him to redo it because I wanted to use my five dollars off which I could get my food for free he proceeded to ignore me, and did it again had had an attitude with me went to the next person you get one star and I’ll be back next two weeks to redo it.

Dirty place. I saw flies flying on the coffee station and the spit outside the door is all over the ground.They don't clean. Department of health needs to check this location. (Makes me nauseous. )

Horrible customer service, that old guy is very rude. He is not ready to take payment , he is yelling at customers. I am not gonna visit any 7- Eleven from now. I will suggest my friends to stop going to that 7- Eleven. I just had a glance on the previous reviews, this old person is troubling every customer, this will effect the overall reputation of 7- eleven.

Specially I like hot food 7/11 wings but I'm very sad wenesday 8:22 pm I ask 20 spicy wings employee said no more wings speak very rude very bad customer service !?

Very rude staff and lock doors at 2am. Says 24 hours and these Hindus or whatever they are just watched me knock for 15 minutes. They need to be shut down!
