We came in with a broken vacuum cleaner, were offered a couple of solutions, which were explained additionally (even demonstrated right there in the store), made a decision and went home with the chosen solution in the trunk. All together less than 45 minutes. We worked with Chris and he was wonderfully effective and professional. We know where to go next time we need such services.

Have rented a U-HAUL through them twice at this point and both times have been a nightmare. The first time last year, we discovered that the name of the business 'iClean Air LLC' was not the pickup spot for the keys and had to find out on our own that Ace Vacuums was the pick up spot. The employee we picked up the keys from was almost an hour late to open up the shop as well, both us and another group were waiting to pick up and we both went back and forth between the U-HAUL lot and the storefront multiple times trying to figure out their incorrect posted instructions. We utilized their service again this last Monday as we potentially needed to drop off after hours and showed up on time at noon to pick up our truck, only to be told that it was not ready and they attempted to upsell us to a larger truck. It then took an extra 30 minutes out of OUR rented time for us to actually receive the truck itself. One of the staff, the older man, also proceeded to catch an attitude with my wife when she asked why the truck was not ready on time and when it would be done, as we were initially only told it would be an extra 15 minutes. Upon receiving the truck, we opened up the back and were not sure what cleaning was done in that 30 minutes, because there was what appeared to be old spaghetti and french fries in the back of the truck. The truck was also kept in poor repair as the transmission was audibly dying almost the entire trip, and the starter is going out as well. U-HAUL needs to pull their franchising from this location; this is absurd how abysmally bad they are at managing this portion of their business, and if they cannot manage it, they should not be offering it. They will most definitely not be getting a third chance, and I will actively be advising friends and family to stay away.*UPDATE* - Was reached out to and apologized to by the business co-owner and attempts were made to make it right including a 50% refund for our most recent trup and promising a large discount on our next trip with them. Will consider giving them a last chance when we move this summer and update accordingly.

I am a repeat customer. We take our vacuums here for service. We use our vacuums a lot. Yes, even hypoallergenic do shed a little. My wife has dust allergies. We rely on Ace to keep our machines humming along. They also have a nice selection of vacuums.

I left them my iRobot Vacuum a month ago. They did not call me at all, and ignored all of my emails. Today, I decided to call them to find out why they have not contacted me at all. One of them had the nervous to lying to me, said they never got my email and they did call me (My phone does keep a call log, they never did). Do not use this place of business.
