As always, everyone came to cash out at the same time. I plant myself in a line 10 customers deep expecting to wait a little bit (it's expected typically at the grocery store- nbd.)
They opened a second line, which was instantly helpful, and in addition the cashier was fast and super nice. It's refreshing in 2024 to experience genuine customer service because these jobs are not easy.

Corey (white man with grey long hair) who was cashier this afternoon has no social skills or good manners to be serving the public. His behavior reflects meanness and unkindness, and just responded “I don’t care” to me when I politely asked him a question. Aldi is my favorite store and I usually go to the one in Gallows Road and Route 50 as well as the one one Columbia Park, where employees are so kind, nice, helpful. No comparison with this store!

Been going there 2-3 times a week since it opened. One very rude employee changed that. After the third complaint to the manager with no results. Total racist, guess it's okay since he's black and I'm old and white. I won't stop shopping at Aldi's, but I'll not shop at that Aldi's anymore. When I told the manager he smiled and said okay.

Did instacart here and told the young white guy that I had multiple orders that I had already separated . He then proceeded to mix up my orders in the receiving cart . SMH so inconsiderate and rude . A heads up would’ve been nice . I have done instacart at Aldi plenty of times and people are usually very helpful to us that does instacart. So I know that was a personal choice to just mix up my hard work .
