I recently moved to the area and chose America’s Best for my eye exam and glasses purchase. I am so happy that I did! I had the pleasure of working with the General Manager, Lance Brown, and he was amazing. Lance was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, and his bright personality made the experience even better. I was also very impressed by how quickly he was able to conduct the glaucoma test. Previous eye doctors struggled with this task, and they typically don’t finish the test due to my difficulty with it.After the exam, we proceeded to choose glasses. I selected two regular pairs and a pair of sunglasses, all for $380, and all without insurance. Surprisingly, my insurance would have made the total $40-$50 more expensive. Lance helped me secure the best deal, and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. I highly recommend this location for your exam and glasses needs!

Honestly, what a fun experience buying glasses with my kid! We picked them out, and then the store manager had me cracking up during the entire checkout process.Would recommend, if only for the fun staff.

Excellent visit all around.Worked with Nico on the front and back half of my appointment; he was great! Very patient and thorough in assisting me in evaluating all my lens/frame options. Not pushy at all.For many years, I've experienced the same, outstanding service at their location in Bailey's Crossroads.This location seems to be less busy.Will definitely continue to be a patron.A long, long time ago, a buddy in college turned me onto them. He definitely didn't steer me wrong!

I had a 2:10 appointment today....arrived early...the male employee...never said a word...I had been standing there for about 10mins...finally he came over ...I informed that I had 2:10 appointment....he went to desk sat down and pulled up my information...he then handed me a tablet. ...to put information in ...when finished I had tell him...just put on the desk....male customer came in to pick his glasses...He never excused hisself...to said I'll be with you....this went fo about 15mins...a female customer came in ...he looked up she told she had appointment....he never stop unpacking glasses....she finally just walked out....then I guess another employee came in there on his cell phone...He never said a word as to are you being helped...the guy continued cleaning and adjusting the guys glasses...finally ..still never acknowledged my present...then a female employee came in on her cell....never said a word...the first went to desk and started scanning glasses...the other was the phone...the female went to back of store...this all in matter 30mins..of my time wasted...I got up told to cancel my appointment...this was rudeness business I've every been in...As a new resident.....this store and its employee....Suck...??
