My experience at AP Fairfax was excellent from start to finish. Mahdi was a fantastic salesperson, very knowledgeable and friendly. He helped me find exactly what I was looking for and made the process simple and enjoyable. Ahmad, the owner, handled all the paperwork quickly and efficiently, and I even got my tags fast, which was a huge plus.
I brought my nieces and they had a blast playing with their toy cars while we worked through everything.
They worked with our timeline, gave great financing recommendations, and were completely honest and straightforward. The whole team was professional, welcoming, and took care of every detail. I will definitely be coming back to buy my next car here, and I have already started recommending them to friends and family. This place is by far the best dealer ship for luxury sports cars, they have an awesome selection and they waste no time getting you your car. I had so many bumps that were my own fault and they still got me in and out even with the work around. I highly highly recommend giving them a call if your looking for a good dealer ship.

Pushy to sell. Lies about servicing the vehicle. Delayed delivery. I requested to speak with management and they are never available the car shakes when driving and so much more.

It's been 2 months, I still have not got my car tags from Ahmad. Everytime I call the dealership and he's in a meeting. Don't buy a car from Ahmad. Check the vin number on Google first. He's having hard time giving me my title and tags.

If I could leave a zero, I would. Great actors in the world. Just like typical sales people, they tell you what you want to hear. They will lie to your face. I bought a truck from them and they told me that there is no serious issues. 7 days after day of purchase, I told them I was leaking differential fluid pretty bad. They said they will get back to me about a solution. A week went by and I heard nothing from them. I called them back and they told me “sorry there was a death in the family “ “let me talk to the service department and get you in here”. Another week went by and now the transmission blew. Ahmad told me to send him the repair estimate. Another week went by and again nothing, so I had no choice to have the work done. I called them and sent emails, finally got an email back saying they are checking with the owner. 2weeks later and still nothing. They don’t care, they will tell you what you want to hear just to get you off the phone. They will not help and they WILL lie to you. Bring your own mechanic to inspect the vehicle before you give them money.

Hands down the only place you want to go if you’re looking for. 1. A good deal. 2. These best staff that treat you with respect and make sure you are well taken care of. Mahdi and Ahman took care of me. I won’t go anywhere else to but a car ever again but here!!!!!

Ahmad was the GREATEST! He helped me from start to finish and got me approved with an amazing rate!!! I couldn’t have asked for more help when purchasing a new vehicle. He showed me all the bells and whistles with the vehicle and made sure I was knowledgeable about the car. ❤️

I was sold a car that after 3 days of driving light engine turned on, Ahmad tried scamming with an AP maintenance fee for $1,000 thankfully I caught it on time he thought I was stupid that I was not going to notice it, he deleted it after discussing about it. He also offered me a warranty insurance through Liberty shield USA that does not cover anything, they always have something to say to not cover any issues. I am still dealing with this warranty cancellation and they don’t seem to get anywhere with the cancellation. Honestly I do not recommend this dealership, this dealer will lie to you as long as you buy their broken and scammed you if they think you’re ignorant to not notice extra absurd charges for not reason. Believe me you do not want to come here. I would give 0 starts if possible.

I just purchased a beautiful Navigator here and had the best car-buying experience ever. The entire team was super professional while also creating a fun and lighthearted atmosphere. They went the extra mile to get us a great interest rate and more, and I’ve never felt so taken care of at a dealership. Best experience purchasing my new Lucid! Manager Ahmad and salesman Mahdi were very knowledgeable about the vehicle and the car sold itself.
Ahmad was super funny and kept the jokes coming. Above that he made sure to provide details and answer all my questions to ensure my purchase was honest and fair. If you are looking for your next vehicle , you must go to AP Fairfax dealership to purchase.

Ok I had read the other reviews and saw that there was a mix of reviews so I decided to give them a chance and sadly I wish I hadn’t. I purchased a 2024 BMW 430i with 12000 miles on it and no accidents reported , recently from AP Fairfax and everything seemed great we were out of state and they responded in in a timely manner so I thought everything was good. Purchased the car and had it shipped and the car got lost during shipping, where they couldn’t contact the driver so that was a bit of a mess. When i finally got the car and took it on a drive noticed a bit of noise which i thought ok let me just get it checked out. Well my local BMW dealership took a look at the car and they said they didn’t know what had happened. There was a lot of damage to the undercarriage. And one strut on the bottom of the car near one of the axles looks like someone had tried to take a random metal bar and fix some damage. There were also a lot of panels missing and all the rims were bent. None of this was reported to me. We had asked if there was anything wrong with the car or to take note of before purchasing and they showed videos of the outside of the car but we never thought to look at the undercarriage (yes our mistake) they said everything was working fine. There also seemed to be some damage on the suspension. The BMW techs said that the damage may run upwards of 12000 maybe more. So overall I’m just disappointed with AP Fairfax, as we asked for this information and to be made aware of any oddities surrounding the car yet none were provided. I also still do not have the title so that just adds to the sour taste left in my mouth. Overall stay away from this dealership unless you are able to go check the cars yourself and ask for videos and pictures of everything since you don’t know what damage there may be.
