This review is to recognize the great job done by Earl in repairing the arrow key on my MacBook Pro. He was able to reattach the fiddly little rubber bit that had come loose, as well as the key itself. He provided a clear and straightforward explanation of the repair and cautioned me that the key might feel slightly different from the others, but the key's functioning has actually improved with usage since the repair, and it's just like the other keys. Fantastic work!

Condescending staff. It's happened to me twice now. This last time, the guy asked my wife why it had taken so much time to bring in her defective ipad and then asked what type of cable we were using. It's not like we were using a android cable. If you are working and dealing with people, maybe learn some customer service and avoid being judgemental. Who hires these people?

I purchased an iPhone 17 Pro Max from this store. When buying it, I clearly mentioned that I would trade in my iPhone 12 Pro Max later, and they said “no problem, you can bring it afterward.”
When I brought the device back, they refused to accept it, claiming that “the system doesn’t allow it” just because of a small scratch.
I previously completed the exact same trade-in process at another Apple Store with a phone in much worse condition, and there were absolutely no issues.
This kind of inconsistent and arbitrary behavior is completely unacceptable and unworthy of the Apple brand.
Expecting a 6–7-year-old device to be in perfect condition is unrealistic.
The lack of customer service and accountability here is extremely disappointing.
After this experience, I made myself a promise — I will never buy another iPhone again, and I’ll never recommend anyone else to do so.
Avoid this store. A total disappointment under the Apple name.

It’s a very comfortable place to make a purchase and it’s not difficult to find parking lot. Staff is friendly here as well.

I was completely dissatisfied with my experience. They are not helpful at all and don’t even try to understand the issue. Their only goal seems to be getting you out of there. My phone’s eSIM reader broke and was repaired at the Genius Bar, but the same issue occurred again three months later. However, they claim it’s either user error or just a coincidence. If the same problem happens twice, it’s clearly a chronic defect.

Only Apple store I trust - always good customer service and attention to detail. They get me in and out quickly. Elias was particularly helpful on my last visit. Super friendly too.
