A two-star experience in the end. When you walk in, it feels like a five-star experience and staff are very helpful (even if they can't balance hovering and being so far away well) and know their collections. They claim to have specific policies and communications among the staff to mark items as sold, but apparently it's such a manual system that an item put on hold was sold to someone else. You go from a good experience to a sour one in no time.

Absolutely thrilled with my purchase from Arhus! From start to finish, the experience was exceptional. The showroom at Fairfax Corner is beautifully curated, and the entire process—from browsing to delivery—was smooth and stress-free. But what truly made the difference was Hazel. She’s not just knowledgeable and professional, but genuinely passionate about helping customers find exactly what they need. Hazel went above and beyond at every step, and I can’t recommend working with her enough. If you’re in the DMV area, ask for Hazel—you won’t regret it!

Great selection at this location, but the sales associate I was in contact with never got back to me about a dining table and chairs. Bought them from a different location because of this

As a tech the staff are always helpful when I come to repair their equipment. But some of their stuff is really pricey. I guess that is what it costs for luxury and quality

As a trade member, I had a terrible experience with ARHAUS. I ordered a sofa in early December, and when I placed the order, it was shown as “available” on their website. I was told it would arrive in about 3 months — understandable for a custom piece. But after waiting all that time, they suddenly pushed the delivery date to May 20 — meaning I would have to wait almost 6 months for a sofa!
This is completely unacceptable, especially for such an expensive brand. You expect better service and transparency when spending that kind of money. It feels like ARHAUS is just a name — they don’t value customers’ time, and they definitely don’t care about communication or making things right.
I will never purchase anything from them again, and I wouldn’t recommend ARHAUS to anyone as a trade member. If you value your time and money, shop elsewhere.

I'm not sure where to begin, but I'm starting to feel that purchasing all my furniture from Arhaus was a mistake. Their communication between the delivery department, showroom, and corporate is lacking.
I’ve spent over $50,000 on furnishing my home, and my last delivery experience was particularly frustrating. I believed I had canceled my order based on my sales advisor's assurance that it was indeed canceled. However, just a few days later, someone from either corporate or the delivery department informed me that the order had not been canceled and that delivery was still scheduled. Since it was November during the holiday season, I didn't want to deal with it anymore and decided to go ahead with the delivery.
After the items arrived, I checked my warranty page but couldn't find my order listed. When I contacted customer service, I was shocked to learn that they couldn’t see the order because it had been canceled. What I didn't realize was that the items had been delivered to me, and I was issued a refund the following day, which I was completely unaware of at the time. This all happened two months ago, and I thought my purchases were finalized.
When I reached out to the showroom for assistance, they presented me with two options:
1. We can collect payment for the items.
2. We can arrange a pickup to return these pieces to the warehouse.
While they claim they want to help, this doesn't feel like help at all. The communication issues between their departments are affecting customers significantly. I would definitely not recommend Arhaus, especially for significant purchases.

Their sales staff is exceptionally snooty and arrogant. We were looking for a living room suite for our new home, and made a mistake in visiting their store in Fairfax Corner. If you are looking for a friendly and approachable staff who can help, this would not be a place for you.

I recently had the pleasure of shopping at the Arhaus store, and I must take a moment to highlight the outstanding service provided by Marnie. From the moment I stepped through the door, Marnie greeted me with a warm smile and a genuine willingness to help.
What truly sets Marnie apart is her extensive knowledge about the products. Whether I had questions about furniture materials, design styles, or even care instructions, she was able to provide detailed and insightful answers. It’s clear that she has a deep understanding of the items in the store, which made my shopping experience not only easier but also more enjoyable.
If you’re planning a visit to Arhaus, I highly recommend seeking out Marnie. Her dedication to customer service and her wealth of knowledge will elevate your experience. Thank you, Marnie, for always being so helpful—your efforts do not go unnoticed!

We have been visiting furniture stores looking for a dining table. Ariana was our helper when we came into the store. We found her engaging, funny, having extensive knowledge of the products, and really pleasant to chat with. She was extremely helpful in answering our questions and offering professional advice. The tables we looked at were unique and well constructed. We found some good choices that are top contenders. We highly recommend this store and Ariana as your assistant!

Purchased over 25k in furniture's. Bought the worry free protection plan on all items. The third party company is now telling us the way Arhaus invoiced it was wrong and nothing is covered. In other words they robbed us of the money we spent on the insurance.

Went there today to check out the after Christmas items. Table by door had items for 70% off. There were 3 festive vases decorated with fall items(dried ferns, leaves etc.) priced at $79. Decided to purchase one and was told I am getting a great price. The price came out to around $72. Told salesperson that the table sign showed 70% off. She then said she tried to buy it herself but it’s only 10%off. So why do you placed 3 vases on the table if they are not part of the sale. If the. salesperson knew that the vases are only 10% off . Why did they place them on the table? That’s deceiving the customers.I see from your response you didn’t read my comments. Looks like in your store customers don’t count.
