Purchased over 25k in furniture's. Bought the worry free protection plan on all items. The third party company is now telling us the way Arhaus invoiced it was wrong and nothing is covered. In other words they robbed us of the money we spent on the insurance.

Went there today to check out the after Christmas items. Table by door had items for 70% off. There were 3 festive vases decorated with fall items(dried ferns, leaves etc.) priced at $79. Decided to purchase one and was told I am getting a great price. The price came out to around $72. Told salesperson that the table sign showed 70% off. She then said she tried to buy it herself but it’s only 10%off. So why do you placed 3 vases on the table if they are not part of the sale. If the. salesperson knew that the vases are only 10% off . Why did they place them on the table? That’s deceiving the customers.I see from your response you didn’t read my comments. Looks like in your store customers don’t count.

Liz the manager is amazing and so was my free designer Jess. I love this store. Everyone is helpful and Jess created the perfect decorating plan for me in 3D. Arhaus at Fairfax Corner is now my go to furniture store.

Arhaus used to be my favorite furniture and we love the furniture we purchased there. Unfortunately, my last visit was really awful. Few seconds after I entered the store a woman asked if I was a returning costumer or not, and when I confirmed that I was, she wanted to know my last name to check on their system. Really?! Is it your new policy, Arhaus? That is how you treat people?! I didn’t let her know my name, because I don’t have to, so she was following me at the store. Once I stopped to look at something she was telling me it was sold out or reserved.I definitely not coming back there and do not recommend that store to my friends and family anymore.

Went to the Fairfax store today, nice store but didn't even get acknowledged by the many sales staff they had working today. The people who were dressed nicer definitely got the attention. They totally undersestimated that I could buy whatever I wanted from there and ignored me. Even when i walked by one of the saleswoman and I said if they can't even say hi to me then they dont get my money. Nothing. They missed out on potentially.outfitting 3 rooms.

We've bought a large corner sectional sofa from them for our living room years ago, and we are still enjoying it! Not cheap, but good quality and good service.

Arhaus has a good collection and they are all sustainable source and what not but they have the poorest customer service I have ever seen. The other common chains like Ashley has much better service than Arhaus. One you place the order they won’t care about you even if they give you a bad piece.We ordered our sofa got one bad piece with manufacturing defect. We have been trying to get it exchanged from last 6 months and all we got is the promise to exchange and nothing at all .Do not go to Arhaus if you want peace and sanity.If you want to throw away your money and want to stay on calls holding the line for several hours, please use this company.

We have bought several pieces from Arhaus and the quality for the price is just not worth it. The throw pillows and sofa we purchased are a year old and I am looking at buying new ones because of quality issues. The inserts in the pillow continue to shed feathers where is you lay on them it’s like little needles sticking out. This store truly makes pieces for staging to look nice and nothing more. When I called customer service about the issues they said “we’ve gone public” so our managers can’t handle issues old than a month old. “May he try Arhaus concierge.” They also told me to just buy new inserts since the outer casing is the expensive piece. I tried Arhaus concierge and they said we can’t handle issues old than a month old, call the store you bought them from.

I spoke to Liz, the store manager today and admittedly, I was having a conniption. I was upset that the side panel for my Palmer storage bed was not going to be replaced with the right color as it was previously delivered and assembled with the wrong color side panel. I know this was NOT Arhaus' fault. I learned that one of the redelivered side panels was damaged, but the other one wasn't, so the delivery men were able to replace the side panel as originally planned.Liz is phenomenal! Why? She not only was able to calm me down and stayed professional the whole time. Which was amazing, as I didn't seem to wan to le her get a word in edgewise. What wasn't planned was that the platform for this particular bed set the bed up too high. She called the warehouse and received authorization to let me return the platform that same day, which provide me a refund when it is returned to the warehouse. I asked and she delivered! Pun intended. Arhaus is quality furniture and she provided quality service. She is a definitive asset to her industry! Thank so much, Liz!

Purchased the Jagger counter stools, an ottoman and the Emory sofa. Love, love the sofa! It’s everything we wanted in a sofa. It’s super comfy and great for lounging.We had the tanner barstools, but they didn’t pair well with the other decor. Easy process switching them out for the Jagger. All and all, it was a pleasure working with Marnie.

I love the look of most Arhaus furnature and decided to go well above budget and ordered the Bryden sectional. Don't get me wrong, it's beautiful to look at.. the fabric is amazing, easy to clean and it's very heavy and well made. The problem is that is very uncomfortable. I cant imagine how a couch could be more uncomfortable. I mean, how can someone decide that tufting on the seats that's hard as a rock was a good idea. I figured they would be so deep set that I would not notice them.. wrong. Feel asleep with a tuft button in my hip, hurt for an hr afterwards. Buttons get caught on pants and pull off. If an elbow or knee lands on one, it hurts a lot! Now I cover it with a peice of foam and quilts when we don't have guest. Quit selling this couch with these tufts on the seat or make them softer. I can't wait for it to go in the basement and it's not even 2 yrs old. This couch is meant to look at, not enjoy in a family room.
