Dominic, the floor salesman was very helpful and patient showing us different couch models and explaining the fabric and inner materials that would suit our needs and likes. Friendly and personable. Let us take our time deciding.
Alex, the manager, was helpful in explaining the deals going on and along with financing and warranty options.
Mauro, at the desk, was pleasant and helped process and organize the paperwork and set up our delivery.

We were hesitant to visit this store based on previous reviews but we are happy we took a chance. Sierra our sales person was more than amazing and patient with both my husband and I, and our not so patient young kids. She was able to take me directly to the sofa units I inquired about. I ended up purchasing a different sectional because of her patience with us wanting to look around and sit on every couch. We have yet to receive our furniture, hope to not have to update our review!

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I bought my furniture from Ashley 5 years ago and paid an extra $250 for their 5-year protection plan. The terms were clear: if I didn’t use the service during those 5 years, I could use the $250 toward furniture or accessories at the end of the term.
In September and October 2024 — right at the 5-year mark — I came to the store several times to claim my credit. The receptionist and sales associates checked their system and told me my plan would still be valid until February 2025 and even for 3 months after that. Based on THEIR instructions, I returned in February, March, and April 2025 to redeem it.
Then I was told by the protection plan company that my eligibility had actually expired in November 2024 — months earlier — and there was nothing they could do. Ashley’s staff gave me WRONG information, wasted months of my time, and caused me to lose my $250 completely. Both Ashley’s management and the protection plan company refused to take responsibility and just pointed fingers at each other.
This is dishonest, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. They misled me, refused to fix their mistake, and treated me like it was my problem to solve. I left with zero resolution, zero compensation, and zero respect as a customer.
I will never buy anything from Ashley again, and I strongly warn others to avoid this store unless you want to be lied to and lose your money.

Sale was fine. Waited for my delivery that never came. Called in and they told me the store never booked my delivery despite giving me a date. Then they told me the throw we purchased is discontinued - we’ll see what shows up come delivery day

Crystal Morales was our sales associate. She was very personable, knowledgeable and not too pushy. I strongly recommend her and the Ashley Store in Fairfax. The prices are reasonable and the furniture quality appears to be a value for the money.

Miss Sierra was highly professional and incredibly pleasant throughout my tire attraction at the store, demonstrating exceptional patience and kindness. Initially, I was only interested in a sectional, but I ultimately decided to purchase an Ashley card, spending over $3000 on outstanding products. Additionally, Alex, the manager, was exceptionally friendly and accommodating, making the entire experience even better.

The process of buying furniture was very easy. The sales associate Deka was very kind and helped us find a nice bedroom set and mattress for my son. She went out of her way to find exactly what we were looking for.

Enjoyed our experience there at the Fairfax AFS. Management eventually greeted us and gave us time to look around and explore the store. We finally found a great deal on a nice dining room set that we liked. It was delivered a few days later. The drivers were super quick to even get all the chairs and table put together and ready to use and put into place right away. We are super happy with the new look, quality and safety compared to what we had. Thanks to the staff for making it an easy and pleasant experience.
