ATT lost me as a customer for over 20 years today. After a military suspension for two years for a military deployment ATT would not reactivate my US numbers. Staff at Burke Center and Fair Oaks did everything they could - Ebony and his manager at Burke and Jorge at Fair Oaks were all trying to assist. ATT you lost me and I’m now using your competitor.

This establishment deserves only one star. The only aspect they excel in is probably selling phones and plans. However, when it comes to resolving existing AT&T service issues, they display zero desire to assist, consistently redirecting to call AT&T without attempting to help. On three separate occasions, I visited the store seeking resolution, yet each time the manager was absent. It's truly disappointing to witness such poor service from AT&T.

I can't say enough good things about at&t store Fair Oaks! I use them for both tablet and phone. Seth was beyond caring, knowledgeable, helpful and professional and provided me with excellent value. Hassle free and a great experience.

Worst store ever. Went in to get a prepaid data, voice and text plan for my new phone and the agent Kenneth messed up and put a data only plan (meant for tablets and hot spots) on my phone after charging me upfront for the plan. When he realized the mistake he said he couldn't refund me because it was a prepaid plan. I fought AT&T, tried to escalate to supervisors and AT&T customer service and no one would help me. I tried multiple times to reach the district manager Juan Montano and he completely ignored me and never called me back. Finally had to submit a dispute with my credit card company and even then couldn't get anything resolved. So now I am out $300 and I don't have a fully functioning phone. WORST STORE EVER, WORST COMPANY EVER
