I went into Fairlakes AT&T this afternoon for help with an app/ screen display issue... 6 screens of apps were gone! Wilber saved the day in less than 5 minutes. He's my new hero !

I had at the BEST and most PLEASANT experience working with the Store's Manager, Wilbur. He was there for me, assisting me with a phone call to AT&T to resolve International charges I incurred when I travelled out of the US. I appreciated his help, he being an advocate for me and assisting me throughout. [Wilbur] It is appreciated as I was eventually able to negotiate and resolve my issues with the Int'l Dept. Account Manager.

I came to the store to go to another carrier. Out of the 4 store this was the only store that care about keeping my business. Manager Wilber and Xavier were very professional. If I ever think about switching back I’ll surely will go back to him.

Best customer service!!. Jackson and Wilber went above and beyond to get my phone fixed and made sure that I don't walk out of the store without a new/working phone. Highly recommend them if you would like to be empathized and get your issue resolved with the best possible solution.

This location charges for services you haven't requested. They charged me for insurance and I didn't even get a device from them, just added a third line to my account. When I got my second line they had added some extra charges as well.
