Worst autozone ever avoid using your rewards earn money
THIS HAS HAPPEND TO ME 2 TIMES AT THIS LOCATION THEY WILL COME UP WITH EXCUSES TO CHANGE YOU COMPUTER AND RESCAN EVERYTHING CAUSING YOU TO LOSE YOUR REWARDS MONEY AND THEY NEVER CLOSE THE BALANCE ON FIRST COMPUTER
THIS CASHIERS ARE THEIFS!!!!!!!!!

Excellent location to get car parts and accessories at a lower price than dealers and other mark-up retailers. Wide variety for even mundane items, and the behind-the-counter stock shelves are almost guaranteed to have exactly what you need! ☝️☝?☝? ?
Good help available from knowledgeable and patient clerks! They will even assist you in installation (if not overly complicated — and please do tip a few dollars for this!) given time and weather permits.
My a/c runs better now with a new cabin filter! Yay! — Keep your car running smooth, y’all! ✌️??

Came into the store to dispose of used oil at 6:53 pm this evening 9 July stood around until the store associate stopped chatting with a person (weren’t discussing anything to do with vehicles or merchandise). I tell him I’m there to dispose of used oil and he tells me to stick it on the counter and ‘he’ll get to it’. At this point no one is in the store but me. I wait around thinking he was disposing the oil and when I came back up to the counter I asked him if I was good to go and he says no…then another customer walks into the store and he says ‘let me help them first unless you need me to do it now?’ I said yes do it now, that’s the only reason I came in. So several minutes pass and he finally comes back with my empty oil container but has oil all over the handle. I’ve disposed of my oil several times and not once has it ever come back to me with oil all over the handle (spout is on the opposite side of the hanndle). Clearly done not by accident. I will. NEVER shop at AutoZone again because of this associate

D'Anthony (hope I'm spelling that right) gave me exceptional service today. Mine was a car that Autozone does not install batteries for since it could require an electronic system reset from the dealer. Understandably, store associates are hesitant to go above and beyond and install the battery anyway, because some people could then complain about not having their electronic system reset afterwards, which is quite the sucker punch given store associates did not have to install the battery for them to begin with. Anyway, D'Anthony was knowledgeable, friendly, and just overall someone I'd recommend to anyone headed to this Autozone location.

Austin provided truly exceptional customer service. He helped me recycle my used motor oil, tested my battery and help me pick out and install a new battery. Go Austin!! ??

I had a terrible experience with @AutoZone, and I want to ensure that others know the issues I faced.I visited their service center at Fairfax, VA, in Fairfax BLVD, to get new wipers for my car. Unfortunately, the wipers they recommended failed shortly after I installed them. When I returned to @AutoZone about the issue, they blamed me for choosing 'cheap' wipers and insisted that I should have bought more expensive ones.Feeling like I had no other choice, I purchased the more expensive wipers as suggested. However, even these wipers were not easy to install. When I reached out to the agent again about the problem, they accused me of breaking parts and wanted to charge me for the replacement. It was a frustrating experience, and I decided not to repurchase a new one.To add insult to injury, the staff at @AutoZone mocked me and refused to refund me. Their attitude towards me was utterly unprofessional and disrespectful. When I asked to speak to the agent, he told me all of them were the managers and smirked at me.The whole ordeal cost me $63.58 and left me feeling frustrated and taken advantage of. I hope that by sharing my experience, others will be spared from having to go through a similar #AutoZoneFail and #CustomerServiceNightmare. Beware of @AutoZone!
