Oh my goodness, where do I start?! A big shoutout to Miriam, Naweed, Yan and Katia. These folks are very helpful, knowledgeable and make banking easy (the way it should be). Great customer service is strictly observed here and that makes my financial responsibilities easier to accomplish. Because of the personnel in this bank, we have become loyal customers for years (both my husband and I got our mortgages here) and will continue banking here.

Ms. Katia Tarifa is a great example of what excellent bank customer service should look like. She is professional, very knowledgeable of all the accounts, proficient with her time, and dedicated to Bank of America. Ms. Katia went out of her way to open a new bank account for me, which took less than 25 minutes to get done. I will be back to this bank because of her!.

All the tellers are extremely friendly and helpful at this branch, especially Jasmin. She greets me with a smile on her face and happily helped me with withdrawing coin rolls and exchanging foreign currency! Highly recommend this branch!
