While depositing a check through the drive-thru, the teller rushed to withdraw and lost it. But they tried not to help anything. I requested to watch the CCTV.
Even though they found the check inside later, they complained that I didn't put it back in the deposit drawer the way it was supposed to. I am pretty sure I did right way.
They didn't apologize and treated me like an idiot who didn't know how to deposit money. They are very rude and mean.

Truist is the worst bank I have ever had to deal with they don’t care about there customers! I have lost out on thousands dealing with this bad level of service I recommend everyone to leave this bank!

Not possible how bad the service is! They canceled our HELOC (equity line) after we paid of remainder balance. After we inquired why they stated we asked to close it out while in reality we only asked to pay the off the remaining balance. Many other issues happened that cause me to believe there are only absolutely incapable people working there. In another instance we paid off a balance which ended up not being reflected which resulted in a late payment for us. Never banking with BB&T again and especially NEVER EVER with this branch for sure.

I am very disgusted by this place but I will try to be as factual as possibleIn a short summary, DO NOT GO TO THIS BRANCH1. My family member went to the bank to deposit $228.2. A employee took the money from her3. Soon after, a different employee came out with the deposit slip stating that she only deposited $84. Branch manager(?) suggested that it was the family member's fault5. Main corporation was contacted, and it was CONFIRMED by the CCTV in the branch that the employees did not count the money underneath the CCTV6. Branch manager(?) contacted again, try to state that it was her fault7. Credit was issued without explanation or apologiesI tried to contact the branch manager(?) again but no one picked up the phone.Here is what I will do if this the proper explanation is not provided to me within 72 hours;-Will contact federal banking agency for investigation-Will file an official police report-Will attempt to gain access to CCTV with above methods, if not, will complete subpoena form.

I had just deposited money in my account through the ATM when I very urgently needed to use the bathroom before my long car ride home in tons of traffic! When I went inside I politely asked if I could use the bathroom, I even mentioned I just came from the ATM so they didn't think I just walked in from the street. The staff member told me no we don't have a bathroom. I said Ok, thank you!?? How do they use the bathroom then? My mom works at a bank and I KNOW they have a customer's restroom! I feel discriminated against! I had a REAL Emergency and they wouldn't let me go! I'm seriously thinking about switching banks now..I've been a customer with BB&T for like 15+ years! Very disappointing customer service!

Jessie has been such a huge help. He educated me on credit and how to maintain a good credit score. He's given me a lot of advice that I wish someone had told me sooner. He's always nice and pleasant to be around! Would recommend.
