We have now built 3 bears in the past month on two separate occasions (grand parent birthday and overnight stuffies foe the kids for their 1st sleep over with grandma). The stuffies are so soft and they were great at the store helping us through the process!

The team at the Fair Oaks Build-A-Bear (especially the phenomenal manager, Rich, and Crane, who worked the stuffing station) helped to make our son's third birthday truly exceptional. We are so grateful for their kindness and can't wait to return for more happy memories!

Took my toddler here for his first bear and he absolutely loved it! The staff were so kind and attentive. My husband and I enjoyed ourselves as well! Overall wonderful experience

I went in with my daughter a one of the managers with black and red hair I think it her name was like Jaleesa. Big shout out. She was very nice and kind. An very energetic. Outstanding job thank you.

We brought our little one to get their first birthday bear. Each staff member was pleasant, kind, and professional. The experience was very nice overall. Each step was very smooth. We'll definitely be coming back for a second bear.

I just wanted to shout out Cecily at Build-A-Bear Workshop—she was absolutely amazing! I was waiting in line while she was helping a kid get their two bears made, and she was so sweet and patient the whole time. You could tell she really made that kid's day—and honestly, she made mine too.
I had a not-so-great experience at another location in New York, so I wasn't sure what to expect this time around. But Cecily made everything feel fun and welcoming. I’m an adult, and she didn’t make me feel awkward at all—she even let me do the heart ceremony, which meant a lot. It was such a great experience overall, and it’s thanks to her kindness and positive energy.

Richard made my Build-A-Bear experience absolutely unforgettable. His energy, humor, and creativity turned a simple visit into something amazing. He’s not just a representative — he’s a one-man show! The way he brought the bear-building process to life was hilarious and full of personality.
If you’re going to Build-A-Bear, ask for Richard. Seriously. He’s the best. Ten out of ten stars, would laugh again.

Every Build-A-Bear needs a Manager like Rich! He was the highlight of my daughter's special day. He was engaging, humorous and fun!! The store was clean and inviting, with great inventory. We've built memories at BAB Workshops all over and outside of the DMV, but Rich has made this location our forever store! Thank you, Rich for making ZoSo's birthday AMAZING!

My first experience and we were treated exceptionally well. Rich, the manager, is the reason for the 5 stars! He was so busy (they all were) and he still went above and beyond for our group. He kept the magic alive! What a wonderful visit. I laughed and I cried, how sweet this place is. Thank you, Rich! (I even named my little bear after him!)
