I like to shop often at discounters and usually buy things so I can donate them, but unfortunately this Fairfax location has one extremely rude cashier Evy that has some real attitude problems!
I have observed her behavior a month or two before with other customers and now it happened with me.
I got very upset with the way she was conducting the transaction that I left the store without purchasing the stuff that I intended to buy!
I’ll take my business to other locations!

A question today I went shopping and an old Hispanic man, I think he is Bolivian, is a terrible racist person. A lady tried to speak to him in Spanish and he didn't even answer her. She was ashamed of her Indian face and she didn't even speak English. The shame of people is useless. for customer service ????

I will only give them 2 stars!! Because it's the second time I've shopped at Burlington in Fairfax and I'm missing things. Be very careful when you buy specifically in that place, the cashiers collect all the items but never place them all, unfortunately I realized it until I was home.

Eveling asked Card or Cash. So I told her $10 in cash and the rest on my card. She kept miscounting at $9. Even though there were 5 $1s and 1 $5. That should equal $10. But then she made my wife and I feel stupid over the fact that my credit card didn't have a Tap option. Bro it's a Business Visa issued in 2019. Business Visas issued then did not come with Taps. I feel this cashier made a big deal just to pocket a $1. I used to be a former SPO for Fairfax Co PD. Honestly the police should look into her and previous attempts of embezzling money illegally.
