Eveling asked Card or Cash. So I told her $10 in cash and the rest on my card. She kept miscounting at $9. Even though there were 5 $1s and 1 $5. That should equal $10. But then she made my wife and I feel stupid over the fact that my credit card didn't have a Tap option. Bro it's a Business Visa issued in 2019. Business Visas issued then did not come with Taps. I feel this cashier made a big deal just to pocket a $1. I used to be a former SPO for Fairfax Co PD. Honestly the police should look into her and previous attempts of embezzling money illegally.

Today is Monday, the store is supposed to close at 12am, and before 11pm the lady who I assume is the manager, started to ask everyone to check out and locked the doors because she said the store was closing soon, when I asked why, she said it’s because the store was empty, even though there was still about 10 people shopping. Change your store hours or hire better employees.

Staff doesn’t honor the hours they have listed on here and on their store door. Arrived an hour before the store was supposed to close and staff was closing the doors. If you want to close early then please update your hours accordingly, so the rest of us don’t wast the time or the drive.

Hours clearly say until Midnight on a Friday. Came at 11:37 pm and they’re closed. Drove 32 mins from Woodbridge to Fairfax. Waste of time and gas because of Lazy workers closing early

If there's not going to be any type of selection for Plus Women's, or Petite you might as well not carry them. Little to nothing on racks, & what was there should have been returned back to the vendor. No check out line today, I jus left.

PROS: I enjoy shopping at Burlington Coat Factory. This location in Fairfax, VA, is large with lots to offer.CONS: Every time I go there, the checkout lines are long because they have too few cashiers. Hopefully, they will hire for the Christmas 2023 rush.

Large store with good variety of items. However, very unorganized. Long line and long wait at the cashier. Right now, I see a long line with only 2 cashiers. Management receives 1 star.

The lines are horrendous and you have to wait anywhere between 45 and an hour. If you havechildren, I feel awful for you. This is the worst Burlington I've ever experienced. Additionally, their customer service is appalling; I implore you not to visit.

Worse customer service, every day the fitting room is closed for few hours in the morning ! Nobody helped me ! There were several peple but they said i cannt help u! I went to cashier, she said no, i said plz call the manager if u say no! She said i am the manager, there is nobody to help u! I saw many peple! Her name was Rafat and another lady her name was Malisa something! Both were telling me we cannt help u’ this is not a good customer service! I was so disappointed ☹️! I am 25 years burlington custome! I am sooo apset ?
