I am able to find most things. Clothes are organized and are where they are supposed to be. Better to go there on week days and NOT weekends, they seem to have a shortage of cashier staff and the line can easily extend too long.
During the holiday rush, I was surprised to still find some of my favorite items. Also to my surprise, the store was orderly aisles in order and not items thrown on the floor all over. I found some classic sneakers. I'm always good to go at Burlington!

On December 24th, I bought a children's set that was supposed to have three pieces, but the cashier sold it to me with only two. It wasn't the right size, and when I tried to return it, the manager told me I couldn't because the system indicated it was a three-piece set. They should make sure their cashiers do their job correctly when ringing up items, as it was the cashier's mistake to charge me for a set with a missing piece. They made it seem like I, the customer, had stolen the missing piece.

I am writing to formally escalate a serious and unacceptable incident. The store closed 25 minutes earlier than the posted closing time, leaving multiple customers standing outside in freezing conditions with no communication or explanation.
Despite the store still being scheduled to operate, a Loss Prevention employee eventually informed us that all registers had been shut down at 11:40 p.m., effectively denying customers access without justification. This behavior reflects poor management, disregard for customers, and a clear violation of the company’s operating hours.
Closing the store early and refusing entry to paying customers is unprofessional and unacceptable. This situation wasted customers’ time, caused unnecessary discomfort, and severely undermined trust in the brand. I expect this matter to be reviewed at a corporate level, corrective action to be taken, and assurance that this will not be repeated.
All this happen in this Burlington the Fairfax,
They consistently provide poor customer service, and during the holiday season they close earlier than the established business hours that are clearly posted on their door and online....

I’m a big and tall person and it’s usually difficult to find good fitting clothes especially pants in many Burlingtons I go to. But this one in particular has a wide range of pants that fit pretty good and I was able to cop a few pants. The checkout was good, the cashier was very nice and she handled everything professionally.

I visited this branch today for the first time, just out of curiosity while passing by. I hadn’t planned to buy anything, but the store looked clean and well-organized, which encouraged me to check it out. I ended up picking out two items and proceeded to the checkout.
It was the weekend, but only two cashiers were working—and there were no self-checkout options. One of the cashiers signaled he was unavailable, leaving only one person at the register. When it was my turn, the cashier (I later learned his name is Steve and he’s the manager) gave me a very odd, almost judgmental look—like he was scanning me, not the items. Without a word, eye contact, or any polite explanation, he called over a younger staff member (a young Asian man) and started giving him instructions like “don’t make any mistake,” then just walked away, leaving us all confused.
I asked for the cashier’s name and was told it was Steve—the manager, no less. His attitude was dismissive, unprofessional, and completely lacking in basic customer service. It left a really bad impression.
Unfortunately, I won’t be returning to this location, and I wouldn’t recommend it to others. A clean store means nothing when the people running it treat customers like an inconvenience.

This location is well stocked with a lot of good inventory. I traveled some ways to visit this store and found what I was looking for! Thank you to Carlos and the security guard for the great customer service. Even some of the other shoppers were very friendly during the shopping experience. However, there was only one employee on the floor for checkout delaying the line.

I visited this store but when everything was messy there was not even a guard at the door the shopping carts were in different places I was walking and there were things on the floor it seemed that there was no one in the store just a few customers which is what I saw and observe. But anyway I hope they improve and organize the sections, etc.

Be sure to check the receipt on the spot! Count purchases and the number of items on the receipt! Today they brazenly tried to deceive me by scanning the same item twice, I immediately noticed once and the cashier removed the extra item. But when I paid and checked the receipt, there was another duplicate item! I returned to the checkout and demanded a refund. At the checkout, I noticed that I was missing items in my bag and when I saw them in another bag at the cashier's, she did not even give me these things!!! The cashier did not even apologize, she said that IT IS MY PROBLEM that everything turned out this way! I cannot imagine how you can provide such service!! Impudence and theft - that is the service of this store! And also, few working cash registers and endless time in line!
