C2 Education has been an incredible support system for our daughter during her freshman year of high school. As parents navigating this new chapter, we were relieved to find a place that not only understands the academic challenges but also provides the tools and guidance to help students thrive.
The staff and teachers at C2 are knowledgeable and attentive. They’ve helped our daughter build the skills she needs and, more importantly, encouraged her to take ownership of her study habits. Watching her become more confident in her learning has meant a lot to us.
We’re especially grateful to Mrs. Miao, who has been a true sounding board for us. Her insights and advice have opened our eyes to how different high school is today compared to when we were students. Her guidance has been refreshing and invaluable—not just for our daughter, but for us as parents trying to support her.
While every student’s experience may be different, for our family, C2 has been a place where our child can succeed and feel proud of her progress. We’re deeply appreciative to have found a community that empowers students and supports families through such a pivotal time.

We express our deepest gratitude to C2 Education of Fairfax for their transformative impact on our son's education. Before joining C2, his 7th-grade performance averaged a C. Merely eight months later, he demonstrated sustained excellence, achieving straight A's in every subject and semester of 8th grade. Bianca is great to work with, she’s straightforward, organized, and genuinely helpful. She takes the time to understand what you need and gives practical, honest advice. I always felt like she had my daughter’s best interest in mind and wasn’t just giving cookie-cutter suggestions. If you’re looking for someone who knows what they’re doing and actually listens, I’d definitely recommend her. I am so grateful to her and c2 education for all of the guidance they have given to my daughter.

C2 Education Fairfax has been terrific for my high schooler. Bianca, the director, is fantastic. She is very knowledgeable and straightforward. My family trust her 100%! All the tutors as well as the front staff have been wonderful. I will definitely recommend C2 Fairfax to anyone who are looking for academic advancement.

C2 has been invaluable in helping my son study for the SAT and AP exams. Bianca is the best. She gave us great advice when building our college list and throughout the application process. We could not have made it through the college application journey without her.

Updated Review 12/19/2024: from 1 start to 5 Star (C2 Education Contract terms)
I have changed my review of C2 Education contract policy from 1 star to 5 stars. The reason for this significant change is that C2 Education has revised their contract policy. They now allow the use of expired hours for siblings, which means I can renew my contract at no additional cost for the remaining hours. Today, my contract was also extended for 1 year, allowing me to use my previously expired 72 hours for my second son.

AWARENESS to PARENTS
5 # STAR # for Bianca and all C2 Education of Fairfax team and all teachers. My older son attended there last 2 years, SAT prep, Essays and college admission counseling was excellent!
I recommend this location to all!

I purchased 200 hours for my son, later I got call and asked for upgrade for 300 hours during promotion and i was told siblings can be used those hours combined. Second son really was not necessary too much tutoring he had grade all A and A+ middle school and high school 9th grade. So total hours was used 228 left 72 hours now.
I didn't paid attention that contract expiration was too short 2 years only.
I want to keep C2 education lessons for my second son now , BUT contract expiration date end of august and they don't want to extend.
I had meeting today with C2 Eduction district manager Ms. Lois Kim, she also refused to extend contract expiration date because of C2 Education company policy.
Also I asked Ms. Lois Kim if I am the alone in this situation or more parents, She said there more parents are same situation and all were rejected for contract extension.
THEN I decided to let other parents know about this, that not waste your hard worked money.
AWARENESS to PARENTS:
1) Think twice before signing or upgrading contract with any C2 Education.
2) Calculate hours how much you need for Example: weekly 2 hours will be 8 hours a month, 10 month will be around 80 hours what you need, Maximum 100 Hours a year.
3) Check contract EXPIRATION DATE it will expire soon and all your unused hours will be wasted, they don't extend contract expiration date.
I didn't ask them REFUND, What I asked only extend contract expiration date, I wanted my son continue attending lessons. But they refused because of C2 Education Company policy.
I writing this my experience hopefully it will be helpful for PARENTs.

Bianca at C2 Fairfax has been an amazing partner, coach and advisor for our family. Her whole team has provided a tremendous amount of support to our son and daughter. Thanks for everything especially for our son who is a senior at Woodson HS this year. He has been supported on AP tests, SAT prep and college essays.

C2 education makes getting help comfortable and easier. The teachers are all very kind and friendly when teaching, which makes asking questions easy due to the no-stress environment created. Bianca is excellent with helping assist families by giving guidance on the next steps in classes, grades, and applications.

C2 Fairfax has been an amazing experience for both of our sons, who began tutoring sessions in 2021. Our oldest graduated in 2022 and was admitted to the college of his choice due to his SAT scores that vastly improved after his work with C2 tutors. Bianca M., Center Director, is beyond excellent in her knowledge of the college applications process, SAT/ACT testing preparation, and she works in partnership w/each family to ensure their student's current and future academic goals are met. Highly recommend C2 Fairfax, they are top notch!

Bianca and staff at C2 Fairfax provides focused attention, hands-on coaching that is helping my high schooler. Also, Bianca is exceptional in providing guidance in terms of course selection geared towards my daughter’s intended future career.

I have been very happy with the academic tutoring that C2 has provided my son. He enjoys going there after school and learning from the C2 tutors who are very specialized and work with him at his level to bring him up to speed in any subject he needs help with. Also, Bianca the center director cares very much about my son and shares her wisdom and experience to encourage him in his high school journey as well as prepare him for the college application process. I am super grateful that we found C2 through a friend and it has been a good investment for my son's education.
