Superb repair work, fantastic people giving Service, but rather lengthy repair time because mine was not the only car being worked on. They did do some work on my car everyday to keep me happy.

Caliber collision was recommended for my car repairs. I truly enjoyed my experience working with Sydney and Jordan. They were both professional and courteous. The repairs were exceptional and took less time than expected. I really appreciate how caliber collision coordinates with enterprise rental. Picking up my vehicle and dropping off the rental was seamless. I can see why caliber is highly recommended.

I recently used Caliber Collision to fix a large scratch and dent caused by a bicycle hitting my SUV. When I showed up for my appointment, the front desk employee Jordan was very friendly, helped me fill out the paperwork fast and coordinated with Enterprise to get me picked up quickly. The service advisor, Sydney, I worked with was absolutely phenomenal and so fun! He gave me absolute assurance I was in good hands and kept me updated on how things were going for the few days they had my car. In terms of the service, they were quick, thorough, and fixed my car perfectly - can’t even tell anything happened to it. The pickup when my car was done was as smooth as ever. Additionally, they gave my car a wash, protected my floor mats and did some detailing inside as well - very appreciated and unexpected!
If I ever am in need of another repair (hopefully not!), Caliber Collision will 100% have my business again. They were fair with price and such a pleasure to work with. Thank you to all of the employees - especially Jordan and Sydney! You made a bad situation so much better and I appreciate y’all!
