Caliber did an amazing job repairing our minivan after we had an unfortunate run-in with a parking garage pillar. All the staff there are wonderful! Josh and Melissa took great care of us from the coordination side, while Bruce and Andrew completed a flawless repair. Andrew very kindly even buffed out an unrelated scratch for us, on the house. I highly recommend Caliber to anyone who needs post-collision services - you can’t go wrong there!

Went in for an estimate on some paint smears/issues from a small run-in with another car. Met with representative named Andrew who was very friendly. Explained what needed to be done, gave great advice, and was able to help a little bit on the spot.

The work was ok, but it took over a month to complete body work to the front corner. They changed their estimated delivery date three times, and two updates came after the previous date passed. Some of that time was due to my car insurance requiring them to use aftermarket parts which didn't work out, but I don't believe that was the cause of all of the delay.

I was in a car accident and Team was so amazing from the beginning. They made sure I scheduled my appointment to have my car repaired. They kept me updated through out the process of my car via phone and text which I really appreciate it. Every time I went to the repair shop they always made me feel so welcome and very patient with me. Once my car was done, they contacted me letting me know. They explain and broke down everything they have done to my car to fix it and they walked me to my car to explain to me and make sure I was happy with the outcome. I would have to sat they have definitely did an amazing job that I do recommend everyone to this team in Fairfax. Great job and thank you so much! I’m so happy with my car.

Okay experience at this location — heard great things about Caliber from friends in auto industry.
Repair took 4 weeks rather than 2 weeks as they did not order all parts originally (front bumper repair), the fitment of new bumper and trim is not perfect but okay.
Called several times throughout the repairs and the technicians and customer service were positive and fielded my concerns and frustrations well. They also provided a week of rental car coverage free of charge due to delays and cleared error codes when I brought the vehicle back.
Car was washed and lightly detailed during the repair process as well.
While not perfect, this location dealt with my frustration very well and salvaged unfortunate delays and technological errors.

I want to express my sincere appreciation to the management and staff at the Caliber Pickett Rd, Fairfax VA location for their outstanding workmanship and customer service. Adam and Kaden, both managers, helped me coordinate with the responsible insurance company to ensure my car was repaired back to its original condition. Kaden, the GM, who was my main contact, was professional, courteous and patient while answering my questions and keeping me up to date with the status of my car. In fact, everyone at this location who I interacted with could not have been more kind in putting me at ease. Also, a shout out to the technicians and front desk staff (sorry I don't know all their names) for their quality work. I would highly recommend this Caliber location for all your car body work and repair needs!

5 Stars - Highly Recommend!
I recently faced an issue with my car failing inspection due to a headlight problem—one I thought had been resolved by my dealership just six months earlier. When the dealership blamed body damage to the bumper they suggested I visit Caliber Collision.
Not only was the customer service at Caliber Collision exceptional, but their honesty was truly impressive. They could have easily charged me to replace the bumper, but instead, they became my advocate. They took the time to work with the dealership, explaining the issue and ensuring the dealership took responsibility for repairing the faulty headlight—something that was the dealership’s fault all along.
Everyone I interacted with at Caliber Collision was outstanding, but I especially want to recognize Melissa Angelos. She genuinely cared, went above and beyond, and made sure I didn’t feel taken advantage of—something that can be a big worry for those of us not in the car business.
I highly recommend Caliber Collision for their integrity, professionalism, and top-notch service. Thank you for turning a stressful situation into such a positive experience!

Staff was extremely friendly and personable, the quote was free and I even was able to speak to the General Manager, Kaden, when I had questions for him. Overall the staff was super helpful and fast, and when you need some more help with a car, this is the place I'd tell you to bring it.
