The gym offers quality equipment and has recently improved its registration process under new ownership. Despite some having to travel a bit, families find it well worth the drive. My cousin trains at this center, and I'm always super impressed by what she can do. I have gone here for an open session, and had the time of my life. Lots of professional equipment, and great teachers! I would totally recommend this place!

I train here!! It's the best gym in the area. The instructors are sooo nice!! I love this gym and I wouldn't recommend any other gym!
