The purpose of writing this review is that someone from upper management will see it follow up on this behavior. It's been almost three years since I have been shopping from Carters. It was the first time I was in this branch, and I would say poor customer service. The laidy who was in check out was not friends and unperfotional. she could not find my account by phone, which was wried because the branch is closed to me, they always pulled up my account by phone. Finally, she found it via email, and i am not sure why she was upset, and she did not hand the receipt to me and through it on the table.

This store has good quality items but not too big. Clearance prices could improve. Employees are rushed and not very helpful.

I have a 7 month old son, he’s my first so shopping for baby clothes is all new to my husband and myself and we had a great experience at this location. The associate, Cindy, that helped us really went above and beyond explaining the deals and sales to us. Thanks for taking the time to walk us through the store and making sure we understood sizes too!

I love the convenience of this store! I typically shop online, but it's nice to be able to quickly pop in for last minute clothing needs for my bby. They always have cute basics & seasonal clothes/styles and great deals, (I personally don't see the need in buying expensive infant clothing since they grow so quickly) as well as a vast clearance section, but can be picked off fairly quickly possibly due to location. The employees here are helpful & friendly. My only issue, which is *not the fault of the employees/store* is that they do not give store credit for gift returns without receipt. You can wait to exchange the items when you need new things, but bc babies grow at different rates, likely the value of the item will go down significantly given how often sales happen and that most items are seasonal. Again this is a company policy complaint, not this specific store itself. My solution: Exchange for items way older: 2 yrs+, bc at that age they'll likely fit into clothes longer. Or if you ask for clothes in your registry always ensure they include a receipt. Or can always re-gift or donate to mamas in need/mamas to be! This store is always clean, neat, & easy to navigate. There's never too much foot traffic when I go and there's a convenient parking lot, which is nice for expectant mothers & moms on the run.
