I am not sure to whom I can complaint but DO NOT recommend this place! Dr Karen Woolman Audiologist very unprofesional, we are already second time there for hearing test and they are saying that they are not able to tell if my child is hearing or not. I think that specialist should definetely know if somebody doesnt hear or hear at least. On top of everything, she had student today didnt even ask me if I would like student to learn things on my child, she tried 10 times to put some things in my daughters ears and she couldnt then i finally told them that we are done! Her sugestion was to put my baby asleep under anestesia so they can finally see if my child hear. Very unproffesional and do not recommend to my worst enemy! If somebody would like to contact me regarding this matter please feel free and thank you! I hope nobody goes to this doctor.UPDATE ABOUT ENT AGAIN 3 Y LATERDR RILEY- Horrible customer service ! They canceled appointment due to overbooking. Very rude staff! My appointment was cancelled few months ago and canceled because they booked over 80 patients that day so they randomly call people and cancel their appointments! The next appointment they have is January in 4 months while we already waited 4 months... i hope doctor will see this! This is unacceptable especially if you work with young kids!

I highly recommend Dr. William McClintock. He is knowledgeable, caring, and a respected pediatric neurologist. I had started seeing him when I was, maybe in 8th grade (early 90s). Till this day, I still see him yearly and see my (adult) neurologist, Dr. Lewis Eberly. (Whom Dr. McClintock recommended to me back in 2017.) The nurses, staff, all helpful and kind! Dr. McClintock listens to his patients/parents and helps them understand what is best needed for their child. Helps them on the right path. Listens and asks how one is doing/coping with daily activities. To be on the right path and succeed to one's goals. No errors, always checking in on his patients. The best care. He always made sure the dosage and medicines wouldn't harm his patients in the long run. 5 ? and more! You're in excellent care with Dr. McClintock....yes, there might be a long wait time and some mishaps here and there. It sucks, but what I've learned throughout the yrs is to be patient. Treat one with kindness, and you will receive it back. No stress for me, thank you. ? (I've learned how to cope with that.) When it's time to see the doctor, it's totally worth the wait. I honestly have to say that I am thankful to all the physicians I have. Thank you for your service. ✌️?

I tried calling them multiple times. There were only “2 callers” before me. I’ve been on hold for over 45 minutes and have still yet to talk to someone. I just want to ask a simple question.

Bad customer service ever. They reschedule without notice. I had to cancel another appointment and take off work to take my son who waited for this appointment over 2 months to find out that they rescheduled us to the next 3 months without asking us or let us know. This is show how much they care about their patients. Super unprofessional

Moved here from Chicago less than a year since henhad cranialsynostis surgery. Was referred to this team by my Chicago team. I couldn't be more happier. The service the attention, how helpful and patient everyone was. Yes appt times can be long but itnwas the same way in Chicago. Butnas long as my son gets the care he needs I'll wait forever for him. Dr myseros is fantastic. He took the time to review all my sons x-rays, took some himself to see after 10 months if anything was going on since my sin had a lot of bumps. I'm glad we go here for my son. Between luries in Chicago and DC children's here I couldn't be more grateful

To make an appointment is a joke, you are left on hold for a long period of time. When a representative is available to assist they are rude and not helpful. I suggest management to looking into this matter.

The audiologist group is unprofessional. Dr. Karen Woolman has no interest in listening to what you have to say. For over 18 months I told her that the new hearing aids my son received weren't working properly. For 18 months she did nothing. Finally after getting upper management involved which forced Dr. Woolman to do her job, she tested the hearing aids which is when she found out that she never updated them appropriately and as a result the hearing sound quality was effected. My son couldn't hear for over 18 months and the whole time Dr. Woolman blamed me. The facility is dirty and messy. I would not recommend this facility for anything.

Dr. Timothy Kane was a nice guy. We were only in the room with him for 5 minutes. I felt very rushed and off-put by the whole environment. It always seems children's national anything is a mess. Everything seems unorganized. We were billed for a consult at least 35 mins and we're only with the doctor 5 mins. I'm sick of the people with insurance being over billed.

Watch out for hidden fees. Not only hidden but specifically obfuscated. Two weeks later you'll get a $300 bill. Their so-called "compliance department" will tell you they are not required to share appropriate information. Supposedly, this department is meant to help. What a joke.If this sounds like a desperate money grab. It is. What a shameful, disgraceful practice. Literally go anywhere else if possible.

My son and I went to the Fairfax location (3023 Hamaker Ct., Suite 300) on November 5th, 2020 at 11:20am for an EEG and were checked in. His appointment was at 11:45am. After an hour of waiting, I went back to the front desk to ask what was taking so long. The receptionist went to the back and then came to me and said "the tech is in a meeting". We were not seen until 12:40pm. The tech finally came out 5 minutes later and apologized for the long wait. We had a follow-up appointment on November 18th, 2020 at 11:15am to discuss the results of my son's EEG and it was not available. Now it is almost a month later and still no results. I have called and emailed many times and no one seems to know what is going on. This is absolutely a terrible experience and poor service. I will never come back here for anything. If your child has any neurological disorders, do not get any tests done here. They will lose it.
