I had Amber, she is so nice. I had them pierced when I was 5-10 years old and I have been told they had closed up, amber looked at them one time and told me “I got you”. she put the earrings in that I picked without any needle, I never even felt her put them in. I will definitely come back to see amber she’s literally the sweetest person i’ve met

This store is way too small and cramped. I was dragged in here by my girlfriend once or twice and found it to be very cramped and claustrophobic. I have legit seen parents come in with strollers and knock things over. The stuff they sell seems to not be great quality but ok for kids I guess. The only positive I can say is the Employees are nice.

Amber and her staff went above and beyond to make my daughter's 9th birthday party special. The girls had a blast getting their nails, hair, and makeup done before shopping for something special to take home. Thanks for everything!

I recently visited Claire’s to buy my niece a birthday present, knowing she can only wear sterling silver due to an allergic reaction to fake jewelry. Initially, the staff helped me find the sterling silver section, but on the second time I asked for assistance, the store seemed understaffed and crowded. There weren't many options for hypoallergenic necklaces, but I was able to find several options for sterling silver earrings.

My daughters were at this store couple days before Christmas. They were getting gift for each other. They are 16 & 12. The 12 yr old was getting overwhelmed with the amount of people so her sister asked her to stand by the door so she could pay and then when she finished she could do it next. She was holding a bracelet she was going to buy and one of the persons working the floor goes up to her, snatched the bracelet from her hand and yells at her telling her she’s trying to steal and kicks her out of “HER” store (so I’m assuming this is a manager) So my daughter steps out crying. Their dad was at another store. When the girls told him what happened he was going to go in there but he didn’t want to cause a scene and that’s why I called the following day. My oldest did not realize what happened until a little later bc the lady asked her if she was her sister and she yells at her too tells her that her sister was “trying” to steal. I called the following day about this issue and I have not heard back. I spoke to Sandra and Amber about this issue and they were very nice. I hope I get a call ASAP because this was NOT Ok.

My daughter was very excited to go find a cute diary notebook. There was only 2-3 notebooks which my daughter did not find interesting. There are wide selections of fashion jewelry though.

So busy and crowded. I am generally very annoyed by the "sales" that try to get you to buy more. However it brings my daughter's joy to shop there.

I was so excited to get my third lobe piercing done. The lady who pierced my ear was so friendly and comforting, however she pierced them extremely unevenly. I went back the next day to see what could be done and the lady who was there told me that they did nothing wrong and the reason my piercing was crooked was because of the shape of my ear and not through any fault of their own, which was completely false considering I have two other piercings on each ear which are even. Needless to say I was extremely disappointed with the effort they made to fix something that was most definitely their error. I will be going to see a professional piercer to correct their mistakes and won’t be going back or recommending Claire’s to anyone. Very disappointed with this experience.

kids store, mainly recommended for tweens or younger kids in the earlier elementary years.However, I don't recommend shopping here because of there company's overall rating throughout the entire company. Many rumors claim that Claire's makeup has led in it which can lead to very dangerous outcomes including cancer. However according to a Netflix documentary they actually proved this, it's also have had myths of doing the piercings wrong or badly. My overall experience wasn't nessacairly bad where I just bought a clip from there for my hair, however after a few weeks it's started to squeak and make sound whenever I open and close it.

Had a really great experience here on Friday night, thanks to Amber! It was just before closing, and my child wanted her ears pierced. We were really nervous how she would handle it. Amber was fantastic and kept her calm through the pain. Thank you so much! Definitely recommend Amber for first ear piercings!
