Almost every time that I've tried to order the Costco food court Chicken Caesar Salad the server has forgotten to include the bag of croutons that's supposed to go with it. I usually remind them, but twice when I've been in a hurry I forgot. This is perhaps more critical for me than some people because medically I need to keep track of my calories.

I bought a bike last year that had issues with its dampers. When I tried to return it, I was told they needed the charger, which I had forgotten. After bringing the charger, Rory informed me that they couldn't accept the return because the new CEO implemented a policy of no returns after 90 days, and some stores are not accepting returns.
Additionally, I found Greg, the manager, to be rude and unwelcoming. He showed no smile, no apology, and no regret. To add to our disappointment, we tried to eat a pizza, but Amita at the door instructed us to go all the way around to eat it.
I had chosen to buy at Costco because I had heard great things about their customer service, but after this incident, I am never returning to this Costco again. I live in DC and went out of my way to come to this Costco, but it was not worth the trouble.

Very disrespectful u professional staff.
Most are racist, rude, disorganized, chaotic almost all the time.
After 20 years, I think It's cheaper to pay a bit more elsewhere and spare my time and mental sanity dealing with these people.
Zaryna and her manager Rawan are awful people. Customer service goes by skin color. I had some lowlife named Zaryna yell at me from 10 feet away when I reached the counger after 35 minutes of standing in line behind 15 other people. I demanded to speak with a supervisor, so 'Jennifer' showed up and made some pathetic empty promises only to make me look like I was in the wrong. These people have no shame, no respect, or customer service skills whatsoever.
Their tire shop is another story. I had to come into the store to pay for 2 tires, made an appointment for the following week. They called me the following week to change my appointment's date/time. I returned per the new appointment, they said it will take 1 hour to switch out 2 tires, I waited 3:25 minutes. No apology either.

Mamta is customer service and Rawan is supervisor are very rude . Review Title: Unacceptable Customer Service Experience
I recently had an extremely disappointing experience at Costco Fairfax involving both the supervisor and a salesperson.
Supervisor: Rawan
From the moment I sought assistance, the supervisor was dismissive and condescending. Rather than addressing my concerns with the professionalism and respect one would expect, they were rude and unhelpful. It was clear that my issues were not being taken seriously, and their attitude made the situation even more frustrating.
Salesperson: Mamta
The salesperson I interacted with was equally unprofessional. Their demeanor was disrespectful, and they showed no interest in assisting me with my needs. Instead of offering helpful solutions, they were impatient and seemed more interested in ending the interaction as quickly as possible.
Overall, the lack of respect and courtesy I experienced was unacceptable. As a customer, I expect to be treated with dignity and to have my concerns addressed in a polite and professional manner. Unfortunately, this was not the case at Costco .I hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses these issues to improve their customer service standards.

Costco is clearly starting to trend downhill. My family and I have been going there for a majority of our lives living in fairfax, more than 10 years. Today my father was feeling sick, and my mother that works in healthcare was working a 12 hour shift. So I wanted to get my parents some groceries, I thought with the same last names it should not be a problem. I was wrong, they could not care less about the sitatuation and asked that my ill bed ridden father come purchase the groceries. Or else I would have to pay for my own membership to have my groceries. Absolutley insane, I spoke to the manager Rachel, she could not give a care in the world. Maybe she has never fallen ill and needed her kids to help her, but stuff happens sometimes and if she had any sense of cusotmer service or managerial ethics, she could see that was one of those times. They denied me service, I wasted 45 minutes in there to be turned away and had to go to another grocery store. I ended up being late to get home to my father by an hour where he was suffering from his virus and starving. Thank you Rachel for your awful decision making skills. I will be making a BBB claim as well. Costco has clearly shifted to Profits over People. What a shame.

Brion at the cash register was extremely rude. After making a large sum purchase for over $1,000, he asked my ID. Even though I had provided my Costco card, he called his manager and she did the same. Mariam, the manager, continued to argue about the ID even though I had not purchased any age restricted items, simply because “they wanted to check something”. Extremely rude service and a very embarrassing experience. After the whole ordeal, they proceeded with the purchase and did not say anything. Very rude service. Would not recommend.

The smaller fella running the front desk of the tire shop this evening was one of the best employees I've ever seen working anywhere. He's the John Wick of customer service. Unbelievably fast and efficient while being friendly and 100% professional, even with customers who were getting grumpy or asking silly questions.
I'm dead serious, very impressive service. Oh yeah, and my new tires are nice too ?
