The reps couldn’t even bother move out of the customers line of sight while playing games on their phones or to put their phones down to help out customers. Such a bad company in general.

Good place to pay your bill, and pick up or return Cox’s equipment. I waited about 15’ to return the equipment & paid my previous bill.

Very disappointed in service. Made change to TV/internet service only to find out later that this change eliminated my DVR service. So had to go back and add $ to get that back. Totally bait and switch. Internet offers from COX are part of problem, but store totally unhelpful and inaccurate on advice.

Cox had a monopoly in my building so I ended up paying 4 times as much. It's nice having a choice.

Fabricio was incredible in handling my internet situation in my temporary apartment. He is very knowledgeable about different plans and payments. I was able to walk-in and get great service that day. Months later, I emailed him with questions about my internet bill and he called me within minutes to answer my questions. Great experience all because of him!

Dropped off modem. The gentleman stated my leasing office had an agreement with cox.. apparently I was suppose to leave my equipment in the apartment.. Long story short! Didn’t get any receipt.. had no knowledge of this information.. chatted with a Cox employee.. pretty useless.

I went to Cox today to get a new router because I needed to work and didn't want to wait for a technician to come later in the day. Osman was friendly, listened to me (and knew I was in a hurry). He quickly got a new router for me and as I was gratefully leaving, he said he wanted to talk with me about my bill and commented that he thought it was high. It was, trust me! I told him I had 23 minutes until I needed to work, so therefore I had time to talk. I told Osman that I didn't use the phone service because I don't have a landline phone, and he was able to quickly crunch some numbers and reduced my monthly bill by a third! Thank you, Osman! Appreciate you taking the time with me. ?

GiGi was such a great help! After trying to transfer service over the phone (I do not recommend!!!) I came into this location to pick up my modem-and Gigi and the assistant manager were such a great pleasure to work with and she straightened out all the mistakes the 1-800 rep made and went above and beyond to help make it right! ????

Not off to a good start. Tried to make us pay the deposit twice, and wasn’t able to self setup. Even though we have the right modem and the website verified our address they are forcing a technician to come out. Part of the whole reason we chose Cox was that we could do it ourselves without having to wait for a tech. Just don’t feel like we are dealing with an honest company.

I had to cancel because I was moving but after having all of the major ISPs Cox is the only one that gave me a genuinely good experience with any crazy fees or anything for cancellation. I will always prefer cox and recommend them over any others.

I want to thank Daquan Ford-Booker, the technician who helped me with my internet. Unfortunately, the modem I have in my new apartment did not work well, and he had to come three times to fix it. He brought a new modem, and it is working great now! He never lost his smile while he was working, and he was very responsive and prompt in his text messages. I highly recommend him, and he deserves a raise! :)

The only reason they get a star is so I can type the truth!! AVOID COX with every effort!! It took them "weeks" to get my order read and completed in which it was completed incorrectly, costing me an extra $10/month, but that I can live with and change in the future, but they literally hide from you their email address to address problems they don't address on their "idiot pages" and they hide their phone number to actually call someone for such a problem, hence, you are screwed!! I qualify for a $30 reduction of my bill each month and for the past 4-6 weeks I have been applying but Cox says I have not verified my identity!?!?!?!?! Yes, and I have been a loyal customer for over four years and they have loved getting my money every month, but, they don't know who I am!??!? Unfortunately my building is not wired for FIOS and they don't allow a dish, but if you have an option steer clear of COX!!!!!!!
