I have had more than one unit at the Draper Drive CubeSmart In Fairfax over the past year. My experience has been very good overall. The manager and assistant manager have been a great help to me. I would store things here again for sure.

The manager new his stuff and worked ery hardwire me to get me situated and to review costs. I had three storage units and he worked with me to combine all together and saved me money in the li g run.

Fantastic storage space. Multiple sized units available, and priced very well. The staff is hands down better than anywhere else you’d go to. They will work with you to make sure all your needs are met, are extremely friendly and nice, and make your experience less stressful and difficult. I would recommend this facility to anyone who needs a storage space!

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience here. This CubeSmart is hands down the best storage facility in town. Kevin and Daniel consistently go above and beyond to maintain a safe, clean, and easily accessible environment.
I recently visited one of my units over the weekend and, without realizing it, forgot to slide the lock closed. To my surprise (and relief!), the staff routinely walk the floors and physically test every gate to ensure they’re secure. That level of care absolutely blew me away. It’s rare to find that kind of attention to detail, and it gives me real peace of mind knowing the contents of my life are safe here.
Thank you to the entire CubeSmart team—you're truly top notch!

This place is well above the average for self-storage locations. Staff give customers genuine attention. On one occasion, there was some water pooled near my unit. I got a call asking me to come and check to ensure there had been no damage to my items. There was none. Another time, I needed something checked at two minutes after closing, and Daniel re-opened the office and found my answer. Whenever I've had a question or a problem, Kevin has resolved it.

Upon arrival, the manager Kevin greeted me with courtesy and professionalism. He provided outstanding service showing me the facility, securing my storage unit, and explaining all the necessary details I need to conduct my business. I often have materials delivered here for work, and they will sign on my behalf and deliver the items safely to my unit for me.
